A world of appreciation to the staff at Boniface Heirs Mazda for making our new CX-50 purchase a memorable one! Kevin Presa was our Sales Concierge Extraordinaire today. I truly dread buying new cars. I gave Kevin my parameters and both he and the sales team exceeded my expectations. After the sale was completed, my vehicle was detailed and waiting for me outside the door. This was my best sales experience I have ever had. Our time with the team was well spent. Jon greeted us as we arrived. He was friendly & very knowledgeable. Jon listened to what we wanted & made suggestions appropriate to our needs. We bought a Mazda CX-5 that day. We love it. Jon made the entire experience very enjoyable!

We bought our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk last night and our sales guy Jay was great. He called me back in the morning and was very courteous and responded to all my questions. We were in and out within an hour and 15 minutes with our new vehicle. The dealership is very clean and brightly lit up. Jay was very up front and honest. I would definitely recommend boniface heirs.

One could only hope that purchasing a brand new car could be as relatively effortless and easy as it was today with our sales person, Sit. We had previously chosen the vehicle online and done all of our research into exactly what we wanted and needed. Sit made what sometimes can be an arduous task as stress-free and pleasant as one could possibly expect. We felt like we had individualized attention from our test drive all the way through to the numbers. it was encouraging to see the availability of many makes and models. This is the third Mazda three in our family, so we know what to expect from this brand. We would absolutely recommend working with Sit and this particular dealership

Went to dealer to look at a specific used car but it wasn’t at that dealer. Ended up looking at used Mazdas and was not disappointed. Jon my salesman was great. He was knowledgeable and never pressured me in any way. Dealer management never pressured me either. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience all the way around.

Doing business at Boniface Heirs is like being with family. Everyone has plenty of time to talk to me, it seems, even though I know they have a lot going on. I especially appreciate the time that Jon Retzlaff takes to walk me through the process of leasing or purchasing, a beautiful vehicle! Excellent experience buying my 2024 Mazda CX5. They gave us an excellent price without much negotiation. Ashlyn and Zach were of amazing help and made the purchase very simple. The only con I have is the very long wait to talk to finance that day, but once we did it was very smooth.

Amazing customer service. Got us the car we were looking for that was in the price range we had in mind. No hassle, didn’t try to sell us a newer car to get a bigger commission payout. They worked with us and our needs with two children under 3. Definitely telling friends and family to come here.

We ended up in a predicament. Zach, Chelsea, and Owen were able to help us find the perfect vehicle with under 20,000 miles on it. Zach was very easy going and honest with us about the previous ownership which helped us in our decision. He took us for a longer drive than the usual dealerships plus he even put the license plate on himself of which we have never seen a car salesman do before. Chelsea seems like a genuinely kind person and is very informative about the great warranty program they had to offer. Owen was concise and set up the warranty with all the same information Chelsea gave. He seems to even have a good sense of humor. Boniface Hiers Mazda is now our favorite Melbourne dealership out of the 20 or so dealerships we have dealt with in the past. The location itself has a small town feel to it but seemingly has a good community of employees. Thank you for helping us out everyone!

I needed a vehicle and the Boniface Hiers Mazda team came through, from Bonnie answer the call from online search, to Christian greeting me at the front door and through signing in the finance department. Chris was my sales representative and found the exact vehicle that I was looking for. He asked the important questions and took the time do address any concerns that I might of had. New to the Space Coast, so I had to find a new spot to pamper my 2 Mazdas. Boniface Hiers more than met my expectations, from rolling into the garage to a friendly face (and alumnus of West Shore where I teach!) to my instant ride to work to my freshly washed ride ready to roll when I arrived to pickup! Leigh in service was honest, upfront, and professional. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: After almost 4 years and several scheduled and unscheduled (came in on a Friday afternoon with a nail in the sidewall and they got me in and out in less than an hour, under warranty) service stops, I can't recommend this dealership enough. They always take care of my 2 Mazdas, and they always take care of me! Great staff (shout-out to Trae and Andre) and excellent service!
