AT&T Store

Olivia and Katherine were the absolute best. I came in with a broken phone and Olivia gave me options along with features of the different phones. I’m team Android for over 20 years and decided on iPhone. Olivia took the time to explain all details and answered my many questions. Katherine has the same phone as the one I purchased and gave me a tutorial on hers while mine phone was transferring data on the new. They were both very welcoming!

As a leader of our company, time and clear answers are really important. After getting the runaround with other stores, I went into this location and spoke with Anthony who was beyond helpful. He was fast, efficient, and a real joy to be around. AT&T is great, AT&T with Anthony on the front lines is phenomenal! Great job!

I'm in the mall and stopped by at&t to inquire abt s23plus, sales rep rollie answered all my questions abt phone..then I saw advertisement for flip5 he told me abt that as well. He is professional and I told him I will return w my decision. I'm glad I stopped by at&t today.

Jamie the new manager of this store is pretty awesome. I normally get fairly poor customer service from AT&T stores, got far better service at other phone providers. Jamie was friendly and informative. The store at the corner of 192 and Babcock is pretty awful, go see Jamie in the mall.

Awesome staff! The store is nicely organized and presentable. Everyone there greeted me when I walked in and I was just trying to look at the phones but I ended up upgrading to a phone I am happier having!!

People were very helpful with account issues and equipment management. They showed us how to get the most out of what we were paying for! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend this location to anyone who is experiencing issues

I came in because my Sim card was nit being recognized in my phone. I was assisted quickly and the issue was resolved. After resolving the issue I inquired about a phone upgrade and I was presented with all of my options promptly. I decided to upgrade and they transferred all of my info for me which took time but all of the stuff was so friendly and kept me great company while we waiting for the phone to complete the process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was extremely please with my service and look forward to my next visit.

Kylie and her team were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Kylie worked tirelessly to upgrade phones for my wife and I and to resolve a small issue with one of them. I will happily return to this store for any/all of my ATT wireless needs.

Keefer did a great job setting up my wife and I with new IPhones. He explained everything to me as I was moving over from Samsung. We even got new Apple Watches. They have great promotions and be sure to ask for Keefer when you go in!

Alyssa just helped me get new Air Pods and reduce my bill drastically. Highly recommend her and this store!

I always choose this store as my go to. They’ve had some managers in and out which haven’t been the best. But the manager Logan is always very helpful with all my services and his staff member Chanel is super nice! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderfully friendly, professional and helpful interaction with Holland at this store. I had a relatively simple problem to solve for, but not without complications. Holland was patient and so very helpful. She was easy to talk to and made the experience most pleasant. Her co-workers were equally engaged and made me feel like “company” when I was there. This team interacted like a center of excellence and all had a positive and professional attitude and I enjoyed my time in the store. Went in for a simple SIM card, they ended up pulling up my account and found ways to save me money!! I love the team, so full of energy!! Angel and Baily were amazing and I recommend everyone to speak to them for any issues.

Chris and Mike were so helpful! I've had issues with other service providers in the past, but these guys made sure that I was well-informed and taken care of. They even helped me get rid of my old phone in exchange for new accessories! A+ service.

Baily at the AT&T in the Melbourne square mall is one of AT&T’s best employees! He is very professional and took care of a small issue on my account. This location is the best and most efficient AT&T in this area and I recommend all of my friends and family to go there! Everyone at this store is very kind and helpful and do their job very well!

Today I went into the mall with the intentions of purchasing a new iPhone 7. I had the pleasure of being helped by a Ms. Angel Scott. Extremely professional and persistent with answering my questions. Not only did I pick up the new phone but she also helped me sort out some direct tv payment issues I've been struggling with. 5/5

always love stopping in to this at&t store! all of the reps are so nice and i always make sure to ask for nick for help whenever i stop by. he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and makes sure i leave happy. thank you guys for all of your help!
