Our experience was excellent, Andre Chesse and Lauren, made this experience very smooth and provided us with great attention answering all our questions, helping us with the vehicle we chose, a 2024 Tucson, which we are in love with the vehicle. They also took the time to explain in detail, how to operate and use all the features on this vehicle. Including helping us with the access of the hyundai app.

I was referred to Coastal Hyundai since I was looking for a 3rd row SUV and the Palisade was one I was considering. I was connected with John L and I feel like he went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. My availability was limited and the one day I was able to go to the dealership happened to be the one day he took off. He ended up meeting me at the dealership on his day off and then connected me with Diego, who was also off, to finalize my purchase. They both explained the ins and outs of the Palisade in great detail and were able to get me the deal I wanted based on my price point. I highly recommend this dealership, even more so if you get to work with John or Diego.

All the service writers that I have worked for so far are great. They advise me as to when my car needs service of some sort and recommend a few other things. The mechanics are all knowledgeable and great thank you Coastal for all the good service you share with the public.

Service department was AWESOME. Trunk stuck closed with work laptop in there. Arrived just before 7 without appointment. They broke into the trunk to get my laptop and dropped me off at work by 8. Also picked me up quickly when it was ready.

Easily accessible from the main roads West New Haven and Dairy and not far from I-95. Parking is adequate including for handicap accessible vehicles.

The Dealership was clean and had quite a few vehicles to choose from. I went to get some information about the Kona and met with Angelo who was very accommodating and answered all of my questions, provided me with a brochure. He reminded me of an Old School salesman. A gentleman!
