I never would have thought a hostess would live up to and beyond the expectations of being welcoming, professional and courteous. Heather helped my mother as if she was her own. Not sure why the woman isn’t running the joint! Give her a raise yall!!! Management did seem rude and pushy too everyone making it almost uncomfortable for guests.

I would have much rather been served by Heather or anybody! Rather the brain zapped girl we had. Don’t do drugs kids.

Love the pasta with tenders, and the broccoli. Food always consistent.

Martinique was so excellent I was having a very bad week thought I stop and have lunch after getting bad news from my doctor. As I sat there in deep thought she approached me and greeted herself as my sever and would I like something to drink I said ice water with lemons. After looking over the menu I decided on soup and salad. She brought my items to me and made shore I was taking care. She made me feel so much better just act of kindness goes a long way thank you so much Martinique for making the rest of my day better Shannon

Well, I mean it's a 5 star for a chain. We went on Saturday Jan 28th about 1pm. We were seated promptly by a kind young lady. Our server, can't remember his name, but he was tall and brunette and with tattoos, which I think all restaurants should allow. He as very attentive and polite. We didn't stay long but while we were there noticed that the place was well run and clean. We don't frequent chains often but had a gift card. My husband ordered the bacon burger which he said was very good, fresh cooked and with a nice portion of bacon. I had the beef nachos which I also liked. The cheese sauce was nice and creamy and the guacamole was fresh and delicious. My only suggestion would be to thinly slice the jalapeños. (Money saving). My husband had sweet tea which he said was very good our server refreshed when needed. I also noticed that our server helped another table who was having trouble finding their favorite game on the TV while still being attentive to his tables. Great Example of an Applebees and hard working employees.

Always a great late-night meal! We went in after 10pm for 2 for 1 drinks and half price appetizers.....eating light so late. Keith was a great server, explaining specials, making suggestions, quick to take order, checked on us several times. Ambience is typical American....LOVE the football shaped bar tables! Spinach dip was obviously microwaved...otherwise, food was good. We had 4 vodka drinks, 2 apps, salad for $45 including tax & tip.

Holly wad a GREAT server and one of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Sense of humor is great, service was great and she made the end of our night very enjoyable.. Dare i say, she was AMAZING and Awesome!

Holly went above and beyond taking care of us on our girls day! After a very long week we needed that spunky personality and great drinks. Just to clarify this is for HOLLY not summer ❤

I just want to say that Jess Tucker is one of my favorite bartenders. She left for a little bit of time & I missed her a lot. I’m so excited to have her back. She’s absolutely amazing & always loves to have fun with the guests.

Waitress Ivory was wonderful. We wanted to eat and run and she made it possible. Steak n shrimp was delicious as was red masked potatoes and so was the broccoli. Valerie had a burger cooked correctly and hot fries. Better than expected experience!

I love Applebee's and especially the service martinique was one of the best servers by far she was on point,never had to ask twice for anything also was very acknowledge about the menu ,she made it very enjoyable to dine at Applebee's

Pamela was a fantastic server. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with the delivery of all needs. My experience in this location cannot be beat. Service, food, atmosphere and management were phenomenal!

Hats off to our server. Even though she was clearly struggling with an injury she remained cheerful and focus on our needs. Our French Onion soup was the best we've ever had. Ribs were sticky and messy, just as good ribs should be. We'll be to eat here again.

Amanda was great! She really made us feel welcome all throughout our dining experience. 10/10 will come again.

Erica is a great waiter! She's very attentive n knowledgeable about the menu. She's very personable n sweet natured. Would definitely recommend her for a waiter n sit in her section anytime!!

Bartender Jess Tucker is the best love her. Her Service is top notch and is super friendly. Is on her customers to make sure they are doing ok.

The Eau Gallie Applebee’s is above and beyond the best! Honestly the Applebees chain hasn’t been in my family’s rotation in a long time, but since moving to Melbourne this one changed my mind. The whole staff is great but we always ask for Pam! She feels like a member of the family, my kids love her and never let her leave the table lol. The entire staff will tell you that their General Manager Amie Maxwell is the one that creates the amazing culture here! Amie always makes sure the chefs are aware of my son’s allergies/food sensitivities so we know this is a restaurant we can trust!
