Wickham Park

Wickham Park Pavilion provides a delightful venue for various events. The well-kept surroundings, ample space, and scenic views make it an excellent choice. The Renaissance Festival was to die for. It has me inspired to visit again and again.

I grew up in around the area. I have always liked this park and would walk around it nearly everyday. Last time I swam in there was in the early 80's. I wouldn't do it anymore. I saw people swimming in it before I moved 7.5 years ago but today I don't see a soul. It use to be popular growing up. Visiting the park today, it looks like it needs some up keep. In any event, it's still a great park but not really to swim in. Plus, I saw a Facebook post there was an alligator on the trail by the archery a few months back.

I've worked so many events at this park since I've been in Florida and I love it. The park is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone that works. There is so helpful just perfect

A striking park with superb trails, parking, picnic tables and a great place for a fantastic day! So much wildlife to observe. Make it place to visit as well during the Holidays as it has a great drive-thru with holiday lights, pay the entrance fee (reasonable), take the kids and enjoy. During the day explore all areas as you will get a great walking/jogging workout!

Renaissance Fair. We always wait for this event. It's not only fun, but very educational.

A beautiful park the Renaissance Festival was over-the-top

Wonderful place to take your kids! My son had a great time watching the abundance of wildlife there. Squirrels, tons of gopher tortoises, and a great dog area. Easy to get into and well maintained.

I've been coming to this park since the 90s. I use to swim here with my older sister & it's a very fond memory I have. Now that I have kids I've decided to start taking them here as well. Back when I was a kid they didn't have a park and all that but it's cool to see how Whickham Park has evolved through the years. I just moved back after leaving for 6 years so it's refreshing.

I've always gone to Wickham Park every year for the Brevard County vietnam veterans reunion.
This is a great place for events,camping and hosting a little get together with family and friends.
I hope that they still host this event at Wickham still haven't been there since I moved

Never ending things to do. The walking trails are awesome. Also a Gopher Turtle Sanctuary. Great park.

A great park with a little bit for everyone to do. From a full archery range to model sailboats on the pond, there is very little you can’t find a full ultimate frisbee golf course and amphitheater pavilion and gazebo. There are plenty of spaces to catch sun and sit for a while. This is a great park to bring your dogs and kids to.

Fun park with lots of events. The karens who live around the park managed to get the Renaissance fair relocate and they probably won't stop there. But the park is pretty cool. Horseshoes. Dog park. Volleyball. Playground for the kiddos. And more.

A large park that also is host to many special events.
Ongoing: You can enjoy a very good disc golf course, lots of open space, horse shoe pits, small lakes, trails through natural areas.
Thursdays the Brevard Farmers Market is held in the pavilion.
Multiple festivals and events occur throughout the year.
There is parking all over the place and many picnic tables which are located in areas that get at least some shade.

We went to the Renaissance festival twice. It was well spaced out and planned. The park itself is very nice.

We really liked this place for camping! Whole park is huge with many trails, activities and amenities. Camping trailer spots were nice and very spacious, unlike other locations where you don't get much breathing room or privacy between lots. The primitive camping spots also looked very cool, nice and secluded with much privacy.

They had a huge easter and pet festival going on this weekend so many food trucks and activities. Even though there was a lot of people in the events... the park is so big it did not feel crowded at all. People were nice all over!

I definitely recommend this park for camping, activities and gazebo rentals. Just a few minutes from the beach also!

I went to the park for the Annual Arts Festival. It was very nice. Lots of beautiful work and available in all price ranges. The food, drink, music were TERRIFIC. The people and pets were having such a good time that even a torrential downpour couldn't stop the smiling ☺.

Love the renaissance festival held there in January.

We had a group BBQ and the pavilion we rented out was quite nice. There were other events and groups doing their thing when we went but nobody was overstepping each other's space which was nice. I enjoy the events here. I've heard there are sketchy people in the woods but I haven't experienced them myself so I will leave it at that.

Plenty of parking with many different areas of the park from volleyball and baseball fields to paved, walkways, dirt trails and grass fields. Plenty of picnic tables, playground areas and facilities.
