I hadn’t been inside a rue 21 in many years. I stopped in to look at shoes not knowing that they don’t carry them in that store. HOWEVER, I was NICELY greeted by a girl named Carli. She told me about how to get $10 off, told me about the daily sales and went on her way. While shopping I heard her from time to time checking on customers and greeting everyone with a smile. Sometimes workers are super aggressive when trying to get you to apply for a card. I appreciate her not making me feel uncomfortable. She was a very pleasant girl. Just want to say Carli you are awesome!!

I Love the atmosphere here. The employees and managers are so bubbly. It makes me feel welcome in the store. Not to mention the amazing deals they have a specially plus size. Actually today I bought five dollar skin tight leggings that are plus size and size 3X. Can you believe it was only $5?

$5 rack this week is amazing. I got a willie Nelson tee & a body suit & cute high waisted pants for under $20. So much cute stuff, might go back again before end of week to get some more great deals!!!

It was a crazy day so unfortunately I came into the store 30 minutes before closing, and i expected the employees to hate me for it. But those two employees treated me with the upmost respect. They were so nice and helped me find everything i needed. They were beyond patient and they continued to assure me not to stress out about it, because they could see i felt bad. I can say this was the very best shopping experience ive ever had in a clothes store. Many employees especially in fashion can be very rude and uncaring. But they were very kind and attentive. Also very knowledgeable about the sales etc. I found great clothes at fantastic prices, i always shop here because its the best value in the mall for me. They have cute, gangster, grungy, classy, sexy, modest, any style you name it and with a great size range for a great deal. I love this store! And thankyou so much Alena and Luke!

I always enjoy going into rue 21. The staff are always friendly and professional and always willing to help.

I visited this location yesterday, on Black Friday and found myself enjoying every moment in this store, despite the stress that the shopping day brought me LOL! All of the staff was very loving and helped a lot! Especially the young lady at the front, greeting, Jenna, as well as one of the store managers, Crystal. They both helped thourougly explain the sales for the day so I could understand and were very kind and helpful! I would recommend this store to every teen and adult who wants to look trendy and fashonable while still enjoying their shopping day! Great work everyone at Rue21 at the Mel. Square mall!

I shopped at the Rue 21 located in the Melbourne Square Mall on April 25th and Dominique was very very helpful and so kind to us. He helped us throughout the store in finding specific items and was pleasant and kind and again so helpful. Thank you Dominique. I will certainly shop there again because of Dominique!!!

I love this place. The clothes are a great price, the employees are amazing and it is thick girl friendly ( I know because im a thick girl). I highly recommended
