Matt Preston was great! He was very knowledgeable when I was shopping for a new SUV. He listened to what I was looking for and was extremely helpful. I have had bad experiences with car shopping but I left the dealership that first day amazed. He was not pushy or aggressive like I’ve experienced in the past. He let me leave easily knowing I wanted to research other vehicles as well. When I returned the next day he was more than happy to let me test drive again and patient as I debated purchasing the Equinox. He made the process easy and I am so happy with my new Equinox! I purchased my truck here and always bring it in for oil changes (I drive a lot, so it’s often). Trevor is always friendly and helpful! This past experience was extra great! I also had a recall (installing heated steering wheel) appt set for the following week, because I’m busy and could wait a long time that particular day. Well….Trevor and whoever the technician was surprised me and did my oil change, tire rotation AND the steering wheel in this visit..and in a very timely fashion! I was very grateful! I’m a very busy person, so every minute I gain is a blessing!! Thanks to Trevor and the great technician, I now have Wednesday morning free!! Maybe I can go to breakfast with a friend or something fun!! 🤩 5 stars all the way!!

My husband and I came in unsure of what kind of car we wanted. We looked at 3 different dealerships and did not receive the service we did from Matt Preston. Very informative, professional, and knowledgeable . He made us feel very comfortable in asking any questions. We really enjoyed working with him, and know moving forward we have a good point of contact that will take care of us.

I decided to try and get an appointment at Boniface Hires Chevy in Melbourne Fl to get my oil changed and get my tires rotated at the last minute because I need to make a trip up north. I called in and the lady was very nice and was very helpful in trying to get me an appointment for later on in the same afternoon. It was around 2 o’clock when I called and she found an appointment for me at 3:45 same day. The service coordinator, Trever was really nice and helpful. He got me right in to the service technician and they had it done in no time. I appreciate the good customer service I usually get and will continue to do business at Boniface Hires Chevy.

The sales process was quick and smooth, plenty of inventory on the lot. Tyler was our sales rep, he did a fantastic job. He was thorough and knowledgeable on the vehicles and wasn’t to pushy. I would definitely recommend the dealer and Tylers service to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Worked with us when we needed to change the time of drop off and pick up. An oil change for my vehicle was completed on February 24, 2024 after I called earlier that day and spoke with Daniel Angel to determine if the service could be completed on that day. Erik welcomed me to the drive-in service area and introduced me to Daniel who arranged the oil change. Daniel is very thorough and took the time to explain the work and address all of my vehicle service-related questions. The entire experience was pleasant and all of the staff were conscientious. I was t-boned back in May on my birthday… my dad had just passed away a few months prior and honestly didn’t have the patience or motivation to go car shopping… I bought my dads car off my mom so I could have a vehicle to get to and from work till I processed everything. August mom and I stopped by Boniface as we were out and about and test drove the traverse with Daniel… I fell in love with the car and Daniel helped walk me through creating/building my Traverse to how I wanted it to look. He was so helpful kind and understanding and greatly appreciated him during that time. After that I was as told that Daniel was moved to parts and now Matt Preston was my new guy. He helped my mom buy the Tahoe and her traverse and was very loving caring and supportive to both of us as Dad was always the one to help us with the process of buying new vehicles. I never felt like either Matt or Daniel were out to just make a sale and a simple dollar. They took their time with us and had ALOT of patience with us both which really went a long way. Matt was always checking in with me letting me know what was going on with the making of my vehicle and continued to check in us as well. I’m extremely glad we stopped there that day. We were treated like family and still continue to be treated as such by Matt. Will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again for everything!

It took some negotiation, but got the deal I asked for. I visited the dealership once to take a look and get an initial offer, negotiated over text for a couple days, then visited a second time to pick up the car. Everyone was friendly and professional. The financing was better than what my bank gave me. Was pushed a little to buy extended warranty, but not too bad. I'd go back again.

My experience at Boniface Hiers Chevrolet was a 5/5. As soon as I got there I was greeted with a very helpful and knowledgable staff. Stephen was great to work with , he explained everything thoroughly, allowed me to take my time and made the overall experience very smooth. This is a great establishment for anyone , would definitely recommend.

Great experience! With Matt Preston's help, I was able to find a vehicle I love!! He was the best! Not pushy and patiently answering questions while I figured out what I wanted. We met with him several times to see cars. Each visit he'd point out a vehicle to take notice of with enthusiasm. Now my whole family is looking!

An absolutely buying experience to me. I walked into the dealership with a dream on my mind... and the dream became a very real reality. First Mike, and then Joel did the unthinkable to help me out through the whole process, and I have to say... they sent home a very happy 67 yrs old guy with the vehicle that made me feel like life is beautiful if you talk honestly and respect everyone.
