Bryce and Adrian came out to hook up power to our shed home so we can stop using extension cords running to mommas house. Now if it’s cold we can finally use a heater without it tripping the breakers. They were super cool and helpful. We even all got ice cream from the ice cream truck since we were all hot from not having power all day. They put up with four dogs barking and seven cats it’s obvious that they must be good guys if all the babies liked them. They always knocked before they opened the doors and kept our gates closed when they were going in and out so the animals didn’t get out. A lot of companies forget about little stuff like that. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing electric work.

Mac5 Melbourne, FL sent two of their best out for my complicated wiring and install of two light/fans in my sun room. Doug gave me a good price with a first responder discount and was also back up to Kenny the clever electrical (engineer) who figured out the complicated wiring situation I had to a 1959 old house. Mr Mario Rafaniello showed up at the appointed time as scheduled. He started making an assessment of the plumbing issue at hand and provided me with a price quote. After i agreed he gathered his tools and proceeded fixing the busted pipe. Mario completed his task in a very professional and efficient manner in less than 15 minutes. He is undoubtedly extremely knowledgeable in his trade. I would definitely recommend Mac5 Plumbing and Mr Rafaniello for any and all your plumbing repairs.

My 33 year old H2O heater electrical service required replacing (see image). Patrick did an excellent job. He explained everything in detail and gave me multiple options. Workmanship was excellent. More importantly, MAC5 was responsive. I called at approximately 10:30am and the technician (Patrick) arrived at 1pm - same day! I can't ask for anything more. Costs are, IMHO, reasonable. Nothing is cheap, especially good work. I would do business with MAC5 again.

I had to replace all the water pipes in my house, DJ and Evan were great! Both were extremely polite and very courteous, and very patient toward my elderly mother. Scott, Monday, and younger gentleman (forgot his name) replaced my sewer line. They were also very polite and courteous! The MAC team always cleaned up after each project and tried to explain in details exactly what they were doing next on each phase of the project. I was extremely impressed with Scott's professionalism and personal customer relationship skills. He also went above and beyond to please my mother. They ALL did a great job!!!

Dan is knowledgeable and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem in under 2 minutes. He was able to affect complete repairs in under a half hour. Dan Is affable easy to talk to and clearly explained every step of the options he was taking to fix the problem. I would recommend him highly on any future projects. And a tip of the hat to the company that he works for. They were amazing to be able to provide same-day service so close to Christmas!

George was awesome! Glad he took my same day appointment! He had his teammate in training, Hayden, with him as well. Thorough explanation of what was going on. Even simplified to basic terms for me to understand. They were both professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

Patrick was a very professional and knowledgeable technician he was able to quickly diagnose all of the problems that we are having with our electrical system. Clearly and concisely describe the severity and importance of the items that he suggested replacing as well as providing a detailed breakdown of the other options that were available to us as well as a full list of pros and cons of each option. I would not hesitate to use Mac 5 and Patrick on any future issues or upgrades that we want for our house.

Mike Wright did a great job of fully explaining everything that we wanted to replace involving the plumbing and fully explained his reasoning behind each step in the process. He provided us with several options and gave us pricing for each. We could not be happier.

We were needing shower replacements and some other plumbing issues resolved. I called Mac 5 on Monday afternoon and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I figured we would have to wait awhile to get a plumber out, but this wasn’t the case.
Chase was our plumber. He was very knowledgeable and was able to take care of all of our plumbing issues. Not only did he replace our shower head, he put a panel on the wall directly behind it so that any future problems that occur with it can be easily resolved. He also replaced our kitchen faucet that was leaking, our guest bathroom faucet that the trap was broken, and two outside spigots that needed replaced.
If we ever need a plumber again we will call Mac 5 and will be requesting Chase to come out.

First time I used this service. It was a good experience for the most part. I would have appreciated that the replacing drywall expense would have been more upfront to begin with. But overall I am pleased.

I needed the faucet, drain, and pea trap replaced, In my bathroom sink. Alex was friendly, respectful, and efficient. It was great to have a technician that did their job and was nice to interact with Thank You, Alex.

Mario did a great job taking his time to explain everything he was doing and why. Very knowledgeable about products. Would want him to provide service again if needed. MAC5 was the 10th call I made today for emergency service as we had lost all our power. This was on a Saturday. They answered the phone where most took a message, the person took my info and said someone would return my call within 20 minutes. They called back in 10 and had someone at my home within 3 hours. Very thankful. I would definitely recommend MAC5.

Dan Brock was outstanding today. He called ahead, showed up promptly, and listened intently as I described my problem. Dan was able to complete the job that a competitor was unable to fix. He explained the process to me as well as possible expenses. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and I am very grateful for his service. Thank you Dan and Mac 5. Well done…

Robert came out to give us an estimate on a repipe and was both friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a better quote than a previous plumber.

ETA: The work has now been completed and we are very happy with their work! Everyone involved was pleasant to deal with and seems to have done great work! We will definitely call MAC next time we need work done!

I was impressed with my AC system inspection. Glenn was very pleasant and respectful throughout the process. He explained what he was looking at and pointed out what was in good shape and what needed attention and what could be done about it. He also gave me helpful advice on how to prevent future issues.
