Walmart Supercenter

Today I was shopping with my deaf cousin, and got a call, which was an emergency. So I had to leave that instant well I couldn’t find my cousin so I left him there. Worried about him the whole time I was gone, but when I got back he was being helped by a lovely young lady named Kaitlyn. She helped him to locate various items with a smile on her face and also using sign language going above and beyond with her customer service skills. Walmart needs more employees exactly like her with her spunk, friendliness and urgency to help customers who are struggling shopping inside.
I cannot thank her enough for being so awesome. I want her supervisor to know how much of an excellent employee she is. THANK YOU MISS KAITLYN SWANK for helping my deaf cousin while i was handling my emergency. Please teach your fellow co-workers your 10 out of 10 customer service. Have a blessed day.

Nice and clean and organized. The employees are all very sweet and helpful. Love being able to get everything I need in one stop. Will always be a Walmart girl and I absolutely recommend this place!

Great beaches and the bars were not so packed you are close to others. You even can sit on the beach for a few drinks. Great selection to choose from. Store are fun and set up to make you really want to go in.

Called from Connecticut because was looking for a product that we have up here and my parents wanted down there. Customer associate went out of his way to go check shelf and bring the product up to customer service. I know his last name was Lopez 5 stars to him!!!

Shout out to your service team member Issac. He went out of his way to leave his area in garden to help us find a Santa outfit. We were in the correct isle with another lady but she said the website was wrong and there weren't any available. Issac walked us back to the isle and moved a box and there they were! Thank you Issac for your help! Give this guy a raise or something! He's a huge asset to your company!

I got to this Walmart all the time.. it's a decent Walmart it may be a coincidence but it seems like when I go there for a specific item, the item is never on the shelves.. Then when I in inquire about the item they tell me let me go check in the back and either don't come back out or I end up waiting for them for 30 minutes or more at...

I just got in town, ordered an air mattress online, got there not long after the online ppl left, Tanya and Karen were able to give me the mattress against all odds, at first they weren't able to let me get it but I annoyed them and they helped me out, without them I would have slept in my car. thanks so much!

I am not a big fan with the automatic cash registers but Walmart's is very easy. Thank you.

Karen and her team are awesome, thank you guys so much for finding my phone and wallet. I appreciate all you did for me today, especially the maintenance worker who looked through the trash to find my things. Retail can be so stressful, but you guys went above and beyond to help me

As is almost all Walmarts I've had the pleasure of shopping in.pretty much the same layout as the other stores!!! Shelves get stocked sooner than berlin Vermont store. Very polite employees.

I always find true clearance toys as I walk in pharmacy side toys marked 60 percent down

Well they did almost a total remodel on this one and it's really nice setup I think what they're doing is trying to make a lot of their stores have the same setup make it more user friendly

Really great employees! I always come here for grocery pick up. Marilyn in outside pickup is always so helpful and nice! This Walmart has the old design(they haven’t been updated yet) but very attentive and good customer service inside and out! <3

Well organized and clean. No boxes or crates or anything in the middle of the floor.

Awesome helpful employees quick checkout. Wish there was parking easier but it's always packed so who can really complain about parking

I love shopping here it's great low prices, and I can shop quickly because I know where everything is. Or I order online for pickup, reserve my time and then go pick my groceries up when there ready. It's awesome that they have people grocery shopping for us.

Sandra in the jewelry department is absolutely the best! She does such a wonderful great job she deserves a promotion and a raise! I give this lady 200% out of 200%. I highly recommend Sandra for any jewelry needs. The best customer service hands down, thank you Sandra!! :)
