7-Eleven

I come here frequently and always have the best service and interactions with the employees, no matter what time of day or night. I have never had an experience to complain about. I live nearby and feel safe walking here even in the wee hours of the morning. As a student, I drop in for frozen food, tampons, and everything in between, and the staff always help me find what I'm looking for. This 7-Eleven is a model for all convenience stores, and I hope to have one like it wherever I live in the future.

Stopped by here on 7/11 day to get a free slurpee. I mixed 2 flavors - strawberry and blue raspberry. The gentleman at the cashier was really nice as I waited to show him what I was getting. It wasn't very crowded at the time.

The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that I felt sick not long after drinking the slurpee. It was very sweet and maybe the sugar was too much. Maybe next time I skip it.

Cheap gas.

Always "closed for cleaning", asked if I could get a coffee for cash, said "system was down.
This time 12:00am 10/31/23, no paper towels outside at pumps, the pump had no paper for receipt, went to go inside for reciept and he had put a bungie cord around the door handles and "Closed for cleaning " this all in same visit. That sign is always up at 5:30am.
Not up to CHEVRON standards. INCREDIBLE, this place epitomizes what is wrong with this county, no more customer service, and too LAZY to do YOURJOB.

I am only giving this Stone 1 star because I can't give it a No Star to write this post.
I just walked into this store and asked the cashier where there windshield washer fluid was and he pointed 👉 to where it was.
I walked over to it and the price on the shelf said $3.29 so then I walked up to pay for it and the same cashier said that it is $6.99 and told me that it was $7.25 and that was with tax.
I told him that the sign said that it cost $3.29 so we walked over to where it was and he said that the price should have been changed and there were about 6 others on the shelf.
He said that he will not sale it to me if I do not pay the $7.25 I said that is not what they are advertising it for and then he said that he will not sell it to me..
They are a RIP Off !!!

Worst place ever, I was told to get out of the bathroom by a while lady with a long pony tail. Didn’t even had 5 minutes when she knocked on the door and I said it was occupied, then she said well get out!! WTF

Walked into the store as 2 other customers were leaving. I took 2 steps inside to look for the item I needed and the young man working there stopped me and said "we're closed" so I paused and looked at him and smiled. I thought he was joking for a moment then he said "well what did you need?" But seemed really put out. I instantly felt extremely uncomfortable and told him nevermind.
Very uncomfortable experience. I'll never go back.

I just stopped in here for a snack got jack links meat stick took a bite it tasted funny and realized this. It's so far past it's expiration date June 2022. Never going here again.

I am a local business owner who prides himself on customer service. I have gone to this location nearly every morning and sometimes in the evening for more than 5 years and since about two months ago, the employees who worked there made it a pleasure. Apparently they have fired them all and I must say, the new crop are about as far from consumer friendly as it gets. Had a ridiculous experience tonight and I am more than offended. I’ll never go there again.
