I didn't expect to see such a large choice in yarns that I'm unable to find at other stores. Very happy. The lady I spoke to, I think she may have been one of the managers was also very helpful and extremely nice. I'll be back.

I placed an order online for a bunch of docent color sprinkles for our family's cookie decorating. It was so easy to pick up the order, even with it being a very busy weekend before the holidays.

The glass on a piece of art work broke in a move. I wanted the glass removed and everything else replaced. From past experience, I expected it to take a couple weeks and cost a lot. It was ready over night and only cost $5. The work was done perfectly. I never had such a good job at such a reasonable price. Ever!

Great framing staff where I take all of my custom framing. Also helpful that they are an LGBTQ friendly company in contrast to hobby lobby

The location is very convenient located inside The Rim shopping center. The store itself is ran very nicely, with plenty of workers traversing the sale floor. We had an issue come up during our visit when a certain item ran out of stock on the shelf. Luckily, a very friendly employee was right around the corner, and more than willing to help remedy the situation. She was able to locate extra stock, and we left as happy customers. I highly recommend this store for all you home/arts and crafts needs!

The custom framing department in this store is first rate. I have had at least 10 items custom framed by them, and they always look outstanding. Owen has a good eye for setting off artwork and is pleasant to deal with. I've never had a problem with one of my pieces, but I have been there when another customer had a concern and the team works to fix the problem with no questions asked.

Love the sales! This location keeps most things in stock and the prices are already decent so I really appreciate the additional % off coupons from each visit. The store is clean every time I go and the staff is usually courteous.

Luke was helpful with what he knew, he was very patient and tried to help out with as much information he could. He could turn out to be a good asset to the store.

Never have an issue here. I actually bought a huge box set on a really great coupon but when I was looking at it a couple days later I noticed how badly damaged it was. I called and they said i could replace it but I would have to check back when the product would come in. It finally got there they had it waiting for me and they let me keep it at the coupon price i had gotten it for. What a relief!

My sisters and I headed to Michael’s at Bandera Point in San Antonio TX, outside of Helotes TX, after we had lunch. We were looking for seasonal sale items on clearance to “save” for next year. Why do we do this? Because we are looking for bargains and markdowns after a holiday. Michael’s has something for everyone. No matter what your craft is they can assist you. I enjoy shopping here because the staff is so accommodating. They will help you get what you need if they are not already assisting others. The prices are really great and when you’re through you can go eat at one of several nearby restaurants. If you craft go by one of these stores. You will really enjoy the variety of projects available at very reasonable prices. Their store and restrooms are nice and clean. You will really enjoy shopping here and see how much inventory is on display. The clerks are very, very helpful. You can view their items online. Happy shopping!!

This michaels is always clean and organized. It gets really busy during the holidays but you can overlook that. They always have good deals and a good place to fall back on when hobby lobby doesn’t have what you need! They recently (last year or so) made a rewards system that you can get special coupons with.

The store is clean and easy to navigate. The clerks are often friendly and helpful unless someone is having a bad day. I'm a frequent shopper here.

Wasn't cluttered easy to shop

Truth be told this is the best Michael's in San Antonio. Not only is it a good location because it's near Target, TJMaxx, Dollar Store and other helpful stores for creatives, they've got a better inventory in general. (I'm sorry I'm just never pleased with the one at the Quarry; it's just there for show I suppose). Bonus points for never having to wait more than 3 minutes in line! Staff is helpful and if I ever do returns they gladly accept. Side note: they have better selections and seasonal items last longer here for you to capture them on sale. Michael's, you've always come through over the years and I'll travel the 14 miles to this store just for that reason. Thanks!
