AT&T Store

Recently visited the AT&T store at La Cantera Pkwy in San Antonio for multiple phone and watch upgrades, and a new service plan for the family. My wife and I were helped by Jose Rodriquez, who’s been with the company for over 10 yrs. The service he provided us was exceptional. He was helpful, patient, and insightful throughout the entire process and took care of all of our requests and needs. No question we had was left unanswered. Jose is a seasoned representative. Highly recommended.

Recently visited this AT&T location, and it was the easiest switch from a different provider. Easy and the rep Salma helped me so much by switching over all my information to my new phone so I wouldn’t lose anything. She was patient and gave me all the information I needed. Will be returning to get a new line soon and hope to get the same person. Thank you Salma.

The attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very respectful with time management as we were a bit in a time crunch. I would totally recommend going here for any phone service.

Stopped in Friday evening to inquire about switching to AT&T for cell and internet service. I was immediately greeted as I walked in by the manager who helped get me started. I was then assisted by Sylvia, who was fantastic at her job. Working with Sylvia felt like I was just having a living room conversation with a good friend. I was extremely impressed with this store.

I would like to complement Mr. Kenneth North. His professionalism and attitude and manner is awesome. Highly recommend him for any AT&T phone services. Mr. Randy, the store manager was awesome as well.

Very polite & professional employees at the store.Shalma (Hope I spelled her name right) who worked with us was very pleasant and patient as she helped us getting a new I Phone.

Customer care at the store was great, on time, patient, knowledgeable. On the other hand, ATT service as a company is the WORST!

Great customer service by Salma! If you need help highly recommend requesting Salma. After going to multiple locations she was the only one to resolve my issue!

Another great experience with AT&T! I was greeted from the moment I walked in and approach by an associate immediately. My sales person was Samantha who was highly engaged in the sales process and help me quickly select a new phone. She provided a detailed overview of the product and how the discounts worked. I was able to get everything done within 30 minutes. When I came back later to get help with my data transfer, another young lady helped me… Can’t remember her name tall with dark hair & mask very patient and kind. The whole staff at the store is fantastic. Thank you so much!

I was supposed to get a survey link after my experience today but haven’t received it yet so I’m taking to google. Jose(JRod) was able to help fix an issue I was having very quickly with the help of the IT team, something about having my voicemail feature blocked. They got me squared away and out of the store almost as quickly as I could walk in. Thanks JRod!

Alberto was a great help. Very kind and was able to help me upgrade in a timely manner. Very satisfied!

Went to swap carriers and phones to AT&T and was immediately greeted by a store worker who had someone come help me a few minutes after. Carlos was the gentleman that helped me and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor.

Excellent Customer Service! Waited less than 5 minutes to be helped! The person helping me was prompt and knowledgeable about what he needed to do! AT&T is the best! Thank you!

Awesome experience at AT&T. Worked with Samantha, her level of professionalism, engagement, knowledge and assistance by far exceed our expectations. She probed to ensure she understood our goals and objectives, found us ways to maximize our family plan and helped us get new iPhone 14. She made herself directly available for customer ease & even got to know us on a deeper level. She’s got awesome energy! Someone give this woman a promotion!

I went in to return a case that I got online so that I could exchange it for a new one. Kenneth at The Rim location in San Antonio is such a friendly and generous person. He was great at letting me know all the various discounts I could get, both because I have a family member who works for AT&T and because there was a promotion going on for accessories. He spent so much time making sure that I was all set and got everything I needed! Highly recommend him for all your accessory needs ~

I came in with a pretty complicated situation and both the manager, Jorge, and the associate, Jimena, were amazing! They took care of everything and spent an incredible amount of time helping me. It was because of their exemplary service that I brought three lines from Verizon Wireless to AT&T after being a Verizon customer for 15 years. It was awesome.

Sylvia was so patient when I brought my parents in for new phone set up and accessories! Professional and friendly.

I’ve been with AT&T for at least 15 years. I haven’t been blown away with their customer service until today. Today, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Vicky at this store. She helped me upgrade my phone, it was so easy and helped me set up my personal hot spot. But it was more than that- I had my two kids with me and she turned on cartoons for them as soon as we walked in. Oh, and we were able to speak with someone immediately- they had enough staff that there was little to no wait time. She helped us to figure out the best way to get the most from our plan and was just the nicest, most genuine person I’ve met in customer service in years. I wish my experience for everyone, so do yourself a favor and go see Vicky. She renewed my faith in AT&T

Really appreciated Jrod's help and awesome attitude. I went in to turn in my phone for a credit and there were some unexpected hiccups in the process from a previous appointment I had had there. Jrod handled it really well and helped me out so much. Nice man, cares about the people, and really helpful associate.
