DICK'S Sporting Goods

This place is really nice! Especially their customer service! Everyone is kind of waiting there to help you. Went to buy shoes. Tried a couple of them and finally got one. They will bring out the shoes for you from inside. You can either use the kiosk they have in there or ask an employee about the one you want to try. Their behavior is really nice! Would recommend going there! They have a nice collection of variety of shoes.

DICK’S - oh yeah, this place is a home to invariably every thing sport wear, kits, and gears. It stands out uniquely on it’s own. This place can easily be described as a sports world just as I know Disney just flashed through your mind😂. This pictures here will tell you the better part of the story of my adventure at DICK’S. You can actually shop online and pick in-store. The store associates here are wonderful. And if you love fishing, be sure to check in hem out, and hey have great supplies. Always friendly but not noisy personnel. Great variety of sporting goods and clothing. I like their price match policy - found a good deal at their competitor’s website and was pleasantly surprised that they matched it. Richard, the cashier, was very pleasant and helpful.

Best sporting store in town. Great selection, customer service and great merchandising. Always have fun displays and all the newest merchandise. I forget to go upstairs, the North Face and activity items up there. The staff is super friendly and not too clingy. Great experience.

The evening employees during the week are the best! All have been super helpful!

I would like to recognizeTAMYRA on her great customer service instead of directing me to customer support she offered to help me out with my return/exchange the item I was returning was on sale she was able to honor the exchange with no extra charge she was very friendly and a can do attitude

I don’t know the employee’s name, but she went out of her way with customer service when I went in to buy some cleats. I know I was probably annoying, but I appreciated the customer service and how they went out of their way to help and point out the problem with the cleats I was buying. 10/10 customer experience

The employees ROCK with their Customer Service!!! We were upstairs and liked a certain ensemble the mannequin was wearing. Two workers asked if we were needing assistance, my husband asked for the ensemble on the mannequin and like that it was taken off and they worked in unison to redress him. They had smiles the whole time too!!
The gentlemen in the golf section were super helpful too!!!

Great store and layout. They have lots of options and sizes for every brand they carry. If not available it can be ordered easily while a the store.

I was looking for shoes and the employee Rachel saw that I was confused and came over and answered all my questions. Even though they were busy she was not irritated or trying to rush me. A very nice lady. Will go back because of that level of customer service.

This place is huge!! Love there selection of Hurley products they have up there! And Nike and Everything! Got this super radical Billabong Hat!!

Hands down best location in the city. Customer Serive is always on point in the store. This weekend just validated it. I purchased at 650pm not knowing they close at 7pm. I called and they had my order ready to pick up at 705pm. Even walked to my truck. Class act!!! Thank you as it was for my niece!!!!

Bought two bicycles a week ago. The bike guy was great. He explained everything perfectly and was eager to share his extensive knowledge with us. We got that local bike shop feel I was hoping for.

Had a great experience here. Had trouble finding a clothing apparel product for Xmas gift. Found it on the website, selected "Pick up in Store", and paid. I drove to the location and within 5 mins they had my product brought out to me. The staff members here are super helpful. I'd definitely return to this location.

Top notch customer service on the phone and in person. The employees greet everyone, even when walking by. The person who helped me find a product were interested in what we were looking for, not just out to make a sale.

I highly recommend this location.

Also, they have products in stock that aren't showing online, so I recommend calling to see if they have it.
