Lush Cosmetics La Cantera

Super cute! I love the smells and fresh ingredients! Freshly made facemask! Bath bombs, make up, hair products, skin products.... I'm speechless! I love this store!

This is my go to Lush. The staff are always super nice and helpful! And not overly pushy. I know they're pressured to approach everyone that comes in the store. I've never had a negative experience here.

The scents of the products are amazing and so unique. I've been a 'Lushie' for 10 years now.

Always love going in this store. Every product is wonderful and lasts a long time. I love that the bubble bombs you can break up and use for at least four baths so it’s worth the money. Staff are super kind and let you try everything.

Great experience. I bought more than I would have because I really liked the sales assistant Harley who was wonderful!

First time in Lush. I love the customer service and attentiveness all thw assistants provide. They were very knowledgeable and considered my sensitivities.

Xyla at the la cantera store went above and beyond. She helped me wrap all my gifts from LUSH. I LOVE the products here and the customer service alone provided today will keep me a lifelong customer.

After hours birthday party for my 2nd niece. It was great! The employees were super friendly and made the whole experience one we will never forget!

Amazing selection to choose from!!! All organic ingredients, Christine really kept the energy alive in there and has great tips & knowledge about all the products!!

This place is very cute, and although I did not buy anything Victor was very polite in telling me more about the store/products.

The two girls that were working the storefront were amazing today, great service! I came in to find stuff for my bachelorette party and one of the girls helped me right off when we walked in. She gave us great suggestions and was a wonderful help. The other girl that checked us out was also wonderful and found some great stuff, thank you for the wonderful experience ❤

I had a wonderful experience today with Ellie! She seemed genuinely excited and highly energetic about answering my questions and helping me choose products to try. She even prepared a sample of a product that I wasn’t even looking at because she thought it would compliment another product I was interested. I was very impressed and blessed by her care today.

My sister and I went in last night to get some items for her spa themed bachelorette party. The two ladies working were amazing. They gave us ideas on what to get and really helped us make the whole experience special! This location is awesome. Thank you so much!

Every worker there was so nice! I went in just for a pick me up and I came out with a face mask. I love it. The worker that helped me pick it out was so sweet and went through what each of the face masks do. Lovely people and amazing products! :)

I’ve only visited Lush twice but they have been absolutely exceptional both times at La Cantera! They don’t crowd you but they are very attentive and offer lots of information and samples to try. I believe the employees who helped me this time were Janet, Kitty, John and Ashley—super friendly, caring and sincere people! They were able to recommend me a great medicinal hand cream. Very welcoming and positive experience. Thank you!!

I like fancy soaps especially if they're all natural and never tested on animals, I was having a terrible day and everyone was really nice to me and helpful especially the guy with ballcap and beard. The pretty lady that rang me up ask how my day was going and I said it was alright I think she could tell I was just having a terrible day (because I was) and she gave me a sample of a zesty lemon soap and said use it and it'll help me feel better...that meant a lot to me and I proceeded to use it at home and I now I do feel slightly better about everything

I dropped into Lush while waiting to be seen at the Apple store next to it. I was blown away, this store is amazing !!! The smells && vibe in there is perfect ! Zoe & Stephanie both helped me and were very knowledgeable about the products and exceeded my expectations !! I will definitely go back when there open again.

Connor and Christine are both amazing every time I come to this store. They are eager to connect at a moment's notice, very knowledgeable about the product they sell, and overall such genuine and remarkable people. I always come back to this location because of the customer service!

It smells great. The products are all amazing. I often come here for gifts for friends and family- those gifts are always a hit. Staff is so friendly it's almost creepy but I have to be the same way at my job so I understand.

Staff here is excellent. Ive only tried one product from lush so far but it was so impressive I went and bought 3 things today. Definitely recommend this location if you arent sure about what you want or what they offer because they were very helpful.

Update: This place is still amazing. I go all the time. If you're not really into bath bombs, try some of the shower gels or the cleansers/serums.
