Every time I go to Discount Tire I get an Above and Beyond service! Amazing team - fast and professional. This particular location (4439 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio) is truly my favorite. The assistant manager Ryan is great, as is everyone else. Keep up the good job!

I knew I needed new tires but didn't have time for my truck to be in the shop. I called Discount Tire, and they told me they'd hold a bay for me as they weren't too busy yet. Able and Matt took great care of my needs! Matt gave me multiple options on tires and his personal recommendations, and they never tried to pressure me into anything. I was in and out within an hour and totally happy with my new tires and the service that this shop provided! Excellent customer service! They've earned a new client for sure!

My experience at Discount Tire on 1604 and Northwest Military today was outstanding, My representative Joey took excellent care of me, their service was quick and efficient. I also patronize the Discount Tire at Alamo Ranch, David is very knowledgeable he is a huge help and one of the best I've worked with. I've been coming to Discount Tire for many years and I will continue to do business with them for many years to come. I give them an A+ rating.

Braxton is the man!!! I had a nail in the shoulder of my back left tire and they got me in and out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely always come to this store for anything tire related.

I went to get a nail removed, but been wanting to upgrade bigger tires, rims. I got the tires I wanted and rims easy sale, but the salesmen were nice and fast. They were done in 45 minutes my day off was not wasted waiting.

It’s hard not to give these guys 5 stars when they save me constantly. The team here is always professional, always courteous, and always has excellent communication. I’m very thankful to the folks here, and thanks to Marcus specifically for his help.

Removed a nail that Firestone said couldn't be fixed, that I needed a new tire! Rotate/balance for free because warranty! Took a couple of hours, but the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The App is a plus!

Thanks to the free air pressure check, I was alerted about a screw in my tire. Randall thoroughly examined all my tires, explained the situation well, and had me in-and-out in a couple of hours with a new tire. Best of all, the Discount Tire certificate meant there was no charge to me. Great experience and professional service.

Weather changed, and tire pressure monitor was reporting low pressure. Their free tire check fixed it, and a fairly short line, waited less than 15 minutes!

Amazing display of teamwork and customer service . Matt at the front desk was amazing at making sure that everything was done exactly as I requested . I bought some expensive black wheels for a new Jeep Gladiator and the tech working on my vehicle came in and informed me that he would be using black balancing weights to match my new wheels . It is that attention to detail that prompted me to post this A+ review . Keep up with he good work DT.

Always come to this location and get taken care of very well. Don't know if Boerne location is still a mess but I haven't and won't give them another chance.

I have SUV with a flat tire, my experience was smooth and positive 👍! I Came before 5 PM during the week. They welcomed me with a smile, very respectful. They have a waiting area, and they charging stations.

I really like them for 3 reasons: (1) They send you a link via text and track you service progress ,can go to Costco or the shopping area while waiting (walking distance) (2) They set up realistic expectations that I might need to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before they start the job, and talked to me about options (3) At the end, they were able to save the tire- patch it and the best part at zero cost! Go check them out!

The TPMS warning light came on in my Lexus and it said my front passenger tire was down to 29 PSI. That is 10 PSI less than my other tires. So I got out and checked the tire this morning and I had a nail in it.

I called up Discount Tire and they said they could get me in right away in the morning. Everyone there was friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, they fixed my tire for FREE! Their service and customer service is outstanding. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!
