Great selection and great prices. The atmosphere is very mellow and welcoming for socially awkward fellow like myself. The entire staff was great at attending to their customers. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful cigar selection with an attentive and knowledgeable staff. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The bar has a nice selection and the bar staff does a good job of keeping up with the crowd. The back patio is large enough to enjoy hanging out with friends who may want a less smokey area to socialize.

Cigars International is a phenomenal spot that I love going to 3-4 times a week. Araceli does an amazing job with all her clients. Ariel behind the bar makes you truly feel at home. Great job to John, the GM, on creating an exceptional team and relaxing environment for all to enjoy.

It’s definitely a different experience for enjoying a cigar. It’s a lot more industrial feeling for sure. If you tend to enjoy more of the mom and pop shop environment then this really isn’t it, but if you’d like to enjoy a larger space with a lot of options and maybe a place where the people you’re going with aren’t as into cigars then this is definitely your place. They have a huge selection, plenty of seating, a nice outdoor section and food service overall.

The humidor is like a VIP lounge for cigars – they're living their best life in there. The staff? Well, whether you're a first timer or an aficionado, they're practically cigar sommeliers, guiding you through a journey of smoky delights with a wink and a nod. It's the kind of place where even the smoke rings have a sense of humor. And guess what pairs perfectly with a fine cigar? A drink that's just as smooth! Whether you're into whisky or bourbon, they've got your taste buds doing a happy dance. Cigars International: Where cigars and drinks unite in a symphony of laughter and flavor, making every visit a celebration.  My personal choice of cigar is a Drew Estates, it's a flavor infused tobacco that is not too strong or overpowering, great for a beginner.

Was excited when it was announced that a CI was being built in San Antonio. Went there a couple of times during the soft opening and then was one of the first group of people in line for their grand opening. This place does not disappoint! Vast selection of cigars for every type of palette and taste. The beer selection and bar options are plentiful. One item to note is that this place is not your typical stuffy, quiet, relaxing cigar lounge that some people might be used to. The ambience of CI is comparable to a sports bar or restaurant. That's not a bad thing, but I want to point it out because a lot of cigar smokers enjoy a peaceful and quiet smoking session and unless you happen to come during a time when nobody is here, you will not find that. On another note, I love the music they play here and the specials they offer in terms of prices are hard to beat.

What is not to like? The epicenter of all things combustible! Great selection, fair prices, barn like interior can get smoky. Full bar and outside patio for those who don't melt in the Texas summer. Food can be ordered from next door restaurant and eaten on premises. Not as cool as the Pennsylvania CI but it's a lot closer.

Called ahead to see if they had a box of smokes, wanted and the very busy person running the humidor put them on hold and spent the time on the phone going over the list was reading off and checking their stock. So, took Uber there as wanted to try the smoked Old Fashioned or maybe more :). When got there the actual humidor was slammed and because just after the holidays was ransacked but was taken on a tour to find some of what was looking for, grabbed some sticks, the box and got freebie nice cutter and torch kit, wasn’t expecting. Also, was told even though no one was on the patio if we wanted, someone would go turn on fireplace.
So, hit the bar and not many there yet. Sat at the bar and soon after the bartender took the order and even though there was no other bar staff the bartender spent significant amount of time hunting down recommended cigar at the bar then in humidor. Old Fashioned was great so had another while place started to get somewhat busy. Know it is a cigar bar, but the smoke was getting stifling and beyond uncomfortable.
Used to smoke filled bars and clubs so when say it was bad, it was bad. Honestly, should have went to the patio earlier but sitting at the bar always entertaining. Decided to split after finished drink and cigar and really appreciate the Uber driver even letting that stench in his car as he rolled all the windows down.
Really enjoyed hanging out at CI. All of the staff were super friendly and very accommodating and the patrons were super chill and friendly or totally checked out and wasted, lol. Just wanted to put that out there because read some reviews about others feeling they were being treated badly because they were dressed a certain way or not perceived as having tons of money. Definitely wasn’t dressed to impress that day or any day and all other patrons were dressed super casual and there was a mix of all kinds of styles and people there. Most there were there for the $15 dollar drink and cigar specials so never got the feeling it was some elite establishment. It is sparsely staffed which is probably the real issue but even then, still got quality, top service and was treated very well there and hope to go again soon.

This place is awesome...the amount of options available is great. The staff has been amazing and very helpful every time I have visited. Not to mention the lounge/bar area is nice, comfortable, and very inviting to just enjoy your company. Highly recommend this place!!!

This is not an eatery establishment but rather a cigar shop. If you're a beginner or connoisseur of cigars. This is definitely a place for you. They have huge assortments of cigars from which you're bound to find a few of your favorites. Once you're there and register your information, they can pull up your favorite cigar. I was looking for some for my wife for Christmas and just gave my wife name and phone number, and they provided an assortment of cigars she had smoked on occasion. Made my job for choosing that much easier.

Really cool setup as a whole. Cigar selection is excellent and the staff is great. Was not aware there was a huge seating area as well as a full bar!

I love this place. Perfect any time of the day or night to meet someone casually or professionally. Located right of the interstate and no need to bring a lighter or cutter they have it all. Great top class selection with reasonable prices on stogies.

Large selection of cigars as you would expect. Great service & ambiance. Full bar & nice wine selection.

Finally they are in San Antonio. Amazing selection and great space to relax. Experts here won't guide you wrong. CI took care of us vets while deployed by sending us care packages and I'm glad they finally opened a spot in military city USA.

Huge selection, plenty of seating indoor and out, nice staff who are lax. Atmosphere is alive but not roudy or obnoxiously crowded. Great place to sit, watch a game, and enjoy a cigar with a drink.

Found this place a week ago. New to cigar smoking but from the moment I walked in it was a fantastic experience. The staff was super helpful and James did a great job helping me pick a good cigar. Came into today and was just planning on smoking and heading out but the owner came up and asked if I was interested in sitting in a class they had and wow it was a great to get to learn more about the history, fundamentals and what to look for in a cigar. The class was superb and well put together for both newcomers and vets with James being very patient and answering questions along with getting to know you a bit and willing to be open to our comments. The crowd is second to none and from all walks of life but open to anyone. If you’re new to cigars or lost track of how long you have been smoking I’m confident this place will be a great time.

I really loved the atmosphere of this place. Very peaceful and serene. A must visit if your ever in town. Can't wait until it comes to Houston.

Husband and son loved picking out cigars. Daughter-In-Law and I had wine and relaxed in very nice chairs. Great place!!
