Kerbey Lane Cafe

Wanted to try something different than the breakfast spots around the house, so my wife and I decided to give Kerbey Lane a go. We were not disappointed as this spot had good seating, good service, and good food. Prices are reasonable given the quality of food, and our server was outstanding. The best thing, their entire menu is available all day, so whether you want a burger in the morning or a stack of pancakes and eggs for dinner, Kerbey Lane has you covered.

Our server Victor was so attentive and friendly. He gave great drink and food suggestions that you could tell were genuine. He kept our drinks filled, table clear and made sure we were enjoying our experience. The service from checking in online, to checking in in person, to getting sat at our table and getting our food was so quick even on a busy Sunday morning brunch! You can tell that Victor genuinely cares about providing great service and food to his guests!

We ordered so many things and loved all of it. The food was not only quickly prepared, came out hot and full of flavor!

We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, boss burger, peach cobbler pancakes and the French toast the most! So so delicious!

We will certainly be back!

This was my first visit to this restaurant where I had lunch with my daughter. We had a delicious chorizo and cheese and tortillas chips starter and sandwiches. I had a pulled pork sandwich (Ahogado Sandwich) and my daughter had a grilled chicken and cheese sandwich. She had French fries and I had sweet potato fries. I was very impressed with the presentation and taste too. Our server was helpful and engaging as she explained menu items to us. The restaurant was bright and clean as it should be and I was impressed with their covered patio that is dog friendly. I’ll be back and highly recommend this place.

Drove 30 minutes to Kerbey Lane today cuz I had a vegan pancake craving—- been coming to Kerby Lane restaurants since I lived in Austin.

They have vegan pancakes! Enough said.

Oh my goodness, this place has the best food! My mom took me out for brunch and I had the chilaquiles with chicken. So freaking delicious. I was impressed with the variety of options, especially how many vegan options they have. The service was amazing, and I loved that the whole staff was wearing whatever it seemed like they were comfortable in. It made me feel comfortable, too. The music they had going was a whole vibe. I can't wait to go back and try more menu items, it was so hard to choose!

Came to visit on road-trip and honestly sad that it was empty when we arrived because the service and the food were amazing! The portions are very filling and worth the money, came with a semi large group and it was all amazing! Got the Southwest Salad and it was so fresh and everything paired so nicely would definitely get again! Also tried the Buffalo chicken sand which which was good and the Green Chile Mac that was hands down the best Mac I’ve ever had! Hope this place gets more recognition!

This was our first time dining at Kerbey Lane. Wow!!! Delicious, fresh, high-quality food!!! Excellent, excellent customer service, from our server to the manager. There were no issues. The manager was helping assist me with a coupon. We are excited to return and try other menu items!!!! 😋 I wish I could remember her name...our server's first official day on her own was the very day we visited (February 12, 2024). She was awesome!!!

Fun spin on brunch classics. Large portions and great prices. Enjoyable experience. Very attentive service.

Our experience was superb. The food was delicious and the waiters were just as good. Reece and George were so good and very knowledgeable . During our visit manager Adrian paid a visit to our table to ensure our experience was good and he was extremely friendly and was able to answer all of our questions on the spot with no hesitation. Hoping to come visit very soon.

I had heard mixed reviews, but having gone twice I really like it. To me it's like a better Jim's. It has a nice diner feel to it. The food is solid and fairly priced. I always get the chicken and pancakes.

This has been our third time coming here for date night and it never disappoints! Our favorite dishes to come back for are the Greek Chicken, Cobb Salad and the seasonal pancakes. It’s perfect for a date night or somewhere lowkey to bring friends too. Also shoutout to Trevor for treating us so well the times we go!

Kerbey is an Austin staple that has opened it's first San Antonio location here. As with all Kerbey Lane's, the regular and seasonal food is fantastic, staff is super friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The Kerbey queso is a must for first timers as are most of their breakfast options. The lunch and dinner entrées are almost just as good. I think they're one of the best all day breakfast and brunch options in town.

Great experience! A long time Austin institution now on the NW side of San Antonio. Service was amazing. Donny was very friendly, and took great care of us! We had the Kerbey Lane Queso to start. White queso with quacamole and pico de gallo. It is delicious! We had a Cobb salad with chicken and the Kerbey Lane Breakfast platter. The salad was a spring mix with boiled egg, bacon, chicken, Bleu cheese crumbles, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Very fresh, and a large portion size. The breakfast is 2 half size pancakes, Penderson's Farms all natural bacon and sausage, 2 eggs cooked to order, and fresh seasonal fruit. Amazing. If those were half size pancakes, I cannot imagine being able to make it through a single full size. Recommend unconditionally! Wonderful meal.

Trying new things at Kerbey Lane. The Feast salad was soo good and soo filling, in a good way. The cilantro vinegarette is my favorite!!

Absolutely delicious!!!! I had the chicken and pancakes for dinner, with a beer... cause we're grown-ups... 😂 totally hit the spot!

Went and had their Pumpkin Bread French Toast and Migas, was really good. Wasn't sure how the French toast was going to be but the flavors melded really well together and I was really happy. Had an extremely friendly waitress that made sure I never had an empty coffee cup, great overall first experience and I will be going back.

This was my second time trying Kerbey Lane and it was just as good, if not better than the first. The staff are all so nice as they welcome you once you walk in and it continues as you dine. Servers always have a smile on their face and the manager Trevor made sure to check on me while I ate to make sure my dinner came out right. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, something that I always look for when I eat out. I would recommend to anyone who likes to eat good food! I have been recommending to friends and family

I ordered the Chicken pancakes and turkey avocado club. The chicken pancakes are my go-to, and they tasted just as amazing as the Austin Kerbey Lane’s version. The syrup on the chicken creates an interesting chasm between the taste of crispy chicken, fluffy pancakes and savory syrup for the pallette. The avocado club tasted fresh and was very tender. Soft baguette, tender turkey slices, crispy bacon and fresh avocado. Great soft opening for Kerbey. Im happy there is finally a Kerbey in San Antonio.

I’ve visited here 3 times already. It’s always been pleasant and the food is always delicious. Wait times can get very long, with no system for reservations yet, but it’s definitely worth the wait and the price! All of their entrees are portioned well and their customer service is near immaculate! For my 3rd visit, I had the absolute pleasure of having Victoria as our Server. She went out of her way to make sure my friend had a lovely birthday and 1st time experience at this Cafe. Brunch is served all day long. The mimosas are not the best, but good enough to keep the place at 5 stars in my opinion.

Amazing Staff, I didn't catch the name of our waitress but she was amazing and a ball of sunshine! She was attentive and had great suggestions for fooda. Very accomsaring to vegetarian and vegans
