Good deals !!! Bought a microwave for $220 looked really good in box was very dirty guess was returned that way nothing that couldn’t clean up for what a deal we got

We were able to find a low price brand new washing machine here, for easy under other stores lowest prices... this will be our go to store in the future as well for any future needs. Employees were great and there was minimal wait for an employee to offer help. Definatly 5 stars !

After 10 years, our old dryer died suddenly on Thursday night. We were able to purchase a new one here Saturday morning hassle free for a good price. Customer service was excellent.

Even though some things are picked through and have missing components, it is well worth the effort. We saved almost 50% on our washer, dryer, and refrigerator purchase. Just know that they are open boxed and have dents and scrapes on them, so check every inch of what you want before buying an item, or at least that was the case for the items we purchased.

This place is not your typical Best Buy. Before you buy a major appliance, TV, Sound Bar or computer; pay this place a visit. I walked every aisle and everything is new. New stuff missing boxes, or manuals but mostly new, mint items at clearance prices. Hurts to discover a place like this when you just dropped a couple of grand on a new fridge. Going back for a soundbar.

Had Dillen assist me with a purchase. Had the best experience at this location! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond all expectations.

If you are looking for appliances, this is the best place, believe me , most of the merchandise are in very good or excellent condition. Lower prices too, unbelievable.

Excellent service today by Alejandro who helped me pick out an open box laptop from their wide selection. He provided exceptional service that was typical of the old school Best Buy. A complete 180 from the lack of good service I received at the La Cantera-Rim Best Buy. Thanks, Alejandro, and keep up the great work!! My wife and I stopped in to browse and ended up buying a range, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Help was plentiful, friendly. The selection is really good. It reminds me of what the old scratch and dent places used to be years ago when you could find nice appliances at a great price.

Great concept to have a Best Buy outlet! Victoria & Ramon helped us with our purchase of the washer and dryer! We had a hold on our account due to verifying with a credit card company it wasn’t fraud and not only did he talk us through the process but he was so very patient and thorough with Victoria in explaining the process of what she needed to do to get the hold off our purchase removed.They were very friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend this store! If you need a good deal and you have a truck, this is the place to shop for electronics and appliances. When our TV dies, we are coming back to get a great deal and service. The service is better than the regular stores.

Great place to find appliances, tv's, and a few other electronics at 50%! Items are open box, scratch and dent items, but still in great working condition.

Had some expensive electronics 50 to 100 dollars off.

Sale people very polite not pushy at all.
