Great 👍 👌 store with a lot of selection. Staff were super friendly, especially the cashier ( associate 0452) I couldn't remember her name...PS. This is the nicest JC Penney I have ever been in.. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!!

Great selection of men's shirts at very affordable prices. Love their golf & T-shirts. Good selection of sizes & colors.

Very clean store. I like the fact that shopping was easy and the apparel part was sized and neat. All of the cashiers and staff were very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this store if your wanting a quick run to get an outfit. The prices were very good!

I wanted to share my experience because I want the company to know just how lucky they are to have such an amazing employee as Gary from the mens department. I went in there with a slight idea of a suit that I wanted to buy and was open to suggestions. Gary, went above and beyond on his customer service methods, positive attitude and knowledge of his items on sale. This has been without a doubt the FASTEST and Best experience I've ever had when buying a suit. Gary brought me the perfect items of clothing along with a tie to match my suit. The professionalism and respect that he displayed is THE BEST when compared to countless of other stores. I will DEFINITELY be shopping here more often and I look forward to more amazing experiences from Gary and his peers. I have attached the receipt to show the validity of this review.

Makenzie was a phenomenal photographer who caught amazing snapshots of my daughter’s three-month stage. She was so patient and let us do any pose that we had in mind. She captured our baby’s personality perfectly! The pictures turned out so professional, photos I will cherish forever.

We purchase 3 mattresses during one of their sales events. The price was very, very reasonable and the delivery was perfect. They stayed within their window of delivery, called ahead to let them know they were coming, removed the old mattresses, and didn’t cause a mess (even though it was rainy outside). Purchase with confidence!

Their service, attention to detail and flexibility when it comes to poses is impeccable!!! Im always happy with their results. That's why we keep coming back year after year. Esme was the best photographer we've had so far..she was extremely patient with my family. It was our first time taking pictures with my mother, who's disabled and she was great with her as well as my son, who had a hard time smiling. I'll continue to use JC Penny as they continue to impress.

Great buys with additional percentage off due to coupon. Picked up 3 nice Christmas gifts for about half of normal cost. Busy but checked out quickly by friendly young man. Good shopping experience at busy time.

Great sales, clean and well organized, staff helpful

I don’t shop in the store a lot but I do visit the salon once a month or so. The salon is always clean and organized, the staff is always friendly, and my stylist always makes sure I’m happy with my hair before I leave. Kathy P. Does a fantastic job and listens to what I’m looking for. She gives great suggestions and teaches me how to replicate the style at home. I would definitely recommend her and the salon!

After 2 unsuccessful trips to pick up an order today she answered my call for assistance, located the order, held the order for delivery to me all the while apologizing for the companys "malfunctioning app" issues. I'm certain mine was not the only problem call Allison dealt with today. You've got yourself a gem. Please never forget to let her know that she is valued.

Very very friendly staff! The first JC Penny's I have been to that has more than one person working the registers!!!! There were 6 people in line but because of the amount of associates ringing up merchandise, I was only in line for a few minutes which was great because my one year old was starting to get fussy. Also, the entire was very organized!!!
