I went to the store this evening in a bit of a panic with a phone issue and to say Isaiah and Leo went above and beyond to help is an understatement. They were patient, really kind, and listened to what I had to say, and got me switched over from my old carrier after a bit of hassle. Kudos again, I can’t say enough how amazing the service I received was

Went in just before store closing on a Saturday to cancel my account. Stanley provided great customer service and helped me through the process even though it was past closing time.

I Waled in for asking a simple question, Carlos greeted me at door and offered his generous help. He was very friendly and helped me in his full knowledge and information. I am very happy with service he provided.

Just had got my 2 daughters' new phones at this place today. The two ladies in the store are very helpful. One of the ladies who wears glasses, sorry that I forgot to ask her name, spent almost an hour to set up the phones for my girls. She is extremely patient and kind. I love my new iPhone! Thank you T-Mobile! Not only is my bill cheaper but the customer service here was great! They had water bottles and snacks, the store was neat, and the staff was amazing. Sonu was helpful and knowledgeable! Helped me set up my phone and account and I couldn’t be much happier! The staff was friendly and resourceful. Will tell my family and friends to come here for their services! New management and staff is definitely doing an awesome job!

Excellent customer service. 3 employees helped port my phones and devices to T-Mobile. There were issues but all 3 were patient and ensured our issues were resolve.

In this day it is rare to find the customer service that the T-Mobile manager showed to us and other customers at the time of our visit. It was very busy and they were short staffed but he welcomed each person as they entered the store and assured them he would take care of them as soon as possible. He never rushed us and answered every question despite the shortage of help. He was terrific at multitasking and helped multiple customers at once. Highly recommend him and his store.

Great customer service. Laniya did an exceptional job of upgrading our phones and getting us a new plan and lines. The manager Grant and his staff are very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this store.

Recently switched to T-Mobile for my company's cell phone service, and I'm very glad I did. When we switched, there was some rough waters when the promotions I was quoted before switching no longer existed. HOWEVER, when I mentioned my frustration to the staff of this store, they went above and beyond and got me what I was expecting. What could have been a very poor customer service experience, turned into the best cell phone carrier experience I've ever had. Many companies would have just let me be frustrated, but the staff at this store was not content on letting my switch to T-Mobile be bad. Specifically, store manager Grant made me a true believer that T-Mobile will do whatever they need to make their account holders happy!

Superb service!! We are extremely very grateful and appreciative for the help and expertise to make our switch from another provider to T Mobile effortlessly smooth and handled very professionally with the help of their Manager- Mr. Sonu. He took the time to explain it in a very detailed way that makes it easy for us to decide which one is best for us. Thanks to Christian and another staff who was there to help us expedite our switch. They all worked together in making the transition great. Will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

Had a great experience at T-Mobile today. They have new management and I have zero complaints. They were friendly, knowledgeable and recommended several options to best fit our needs without being pushy. We are super happy with our purchases and service!!!
