The UPS Store

I thank you, UPS clerks (at this location), who give good customer service. And in return, have good customers. Yesterday I picked up my copies and went home. It was late when I realized I was missing one of my earrings. It had fallen from my ear while I was going about my day.This morning, as I back tracked my steps of yesterday. UPS was my first stop because it was my last stop before I got home. Thankfully, a good customer found my earring in front of the UPS door. UPS clerks had secured it and returned it back to me. Thank you to the customer who was gracious to give my earring to one of the UPS clerks. And.... thank you, UPS, for delivering above the call of duty! I'm a thankful customer and grateful neighbor!

I come here every week to ship out envelopes for an IT Company and they are always very helpful! They are very patient and knowledgeable about what shipping rate is best. The staff is respectful and now when I come in, I just can drop the envelopes off because they know what to do! Love this store!

I was able to solve all the issues here. I am very satisfied with the outcome of the work.
The staff members are professional and friendly, which is why I always come back here.

I absolutely love the folks that work here! My company has been doing business with this location for over 10 years. I need a yard sign for an upcoming event and their quote was considerably lower than all others, and Ian was willing to accommodate my short notice order during a holiday week. I’m so grateful for the exceptional service they provide.

Excellent service and charges are nominal as compared to the UPS store close to Rockhill High school

The UPS team at this store is very efficient, knowledgeable & courteous. On a recent visit, I had several items to return that took me longer than anticipated due to a mistake on my part. The store was very busy that day, but Daniel was so patient, kind, & helpful. He made the experience less stressful & even added some humor. I’ve previously had documents notarized at this location, made purchases & shipped items, and I’ve always had a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I've had a mailbox here for a little over a month now. CONSISTENTLY 10 STAR SERVICE from James, Jacob, and Daniel. I feel bad that I have had to ship packages to them nearly every day for the last month. Let's just say I'd be really annoyed if I worked there LOL. But here are a few reasons why I think they are AWESOME:
1. Fast service- I never wait more than 5 min (usually 1-2 min)
2. Courteous- Always super respectful and friendly (to all the customers)
3. Personable- They really remember and know their customers. I often overhear cheerful banter
4. Go Above and Beyond- When I have big packages, they always help me load them into my car without skipping a beat
Basically, like most people, I really appreciate people who know how to work hard and hustle. I will always use UPS because of my experience with this location! Someone please give these guys a raise! Or at least for the rest of us, let's be sure to thank them for how they serve the community!

I have a small business and recently started using this location to mail customer orders. They are super friendly and move things a long speedily. The guys there are always nice to me. UPS offers a lot of services so I know some customers take longer than others but they just seem to GET IT DONE ! You go UPS team!

Had the most flawless service today. Was previously at my Chase Bank trying to get some docs notarized. I waited so long for my turn that I had to leave. The total time it took James to notarize and return my docs at this UPS store was a fraction of the wait time at Chase Bank. Best value for money too. I expected to pay $65 and my bill was $18. Great work James!

Excellent customer service! Tahmir saw me struggling with my multiple boxes outside and went above and beyond to help me bring my largest box inside.

I am contiuously blown away by the logistics capability of UPS. Yesterday I dropped off a package for my son who lives in College Station. I went to the store around 12p-shipped via standard UPS ground and he received his package by 3pm the next day. I am pretty sure they must use magic. The Employees at this store are always so friendly and helpful.

I wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU and a shout out to the whole store and especially Daniel. When I called in desperate need of a fax due to some registration issues for my car and Daniel, was super helpful in providing the fax number.

I had my documents faxed over to the store but since it was Sunday they closed at 5:00 PM CST. I called the store at 4:57 PM CST to see if they could hold up for me and Daniel, very kindly told me to come and he will help me out even though they were closing in 3 mins.

When I arrived at 5:03 PM CST and UPS store had a line out the door and around. Not only they helped me, but they helped everyone in the whole line and I remember the gentleman's name was James. Thank you once again for all your help and we really appreciate the help to our whole Frisco/Mckinney community. You guys are ROCK STARS man and it really means a lot to me and everyone I spoke to in that line that you guys went way out of your way and helped everyone out. GOD BLESS,,, UPS Store 6058

This is my favorite UPS. Great customer service. I use them for printing flyers for my business as well as shipping and labeling. All the staff is super friendly and professional. Daniel is great!!! 👌
