I was looking for items for my daughter's 39th birthday party,
Being close to St. Patrick's day, I knew I could get her favorite color, green, plates and etc. there.

Party City Willoughby was referred to me for a balloon arrangement for my grandmother’s birthday. She is a resident in a nursing home and the arrangement had to b delivered.
The customer service was outstanding and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Everyone in the facility complimented it, my 103 year old grandmother eyes just lit up looking at it😍 I love fresh flowers but for the money this was an excellent gift her room is festive and the balloons brings a smile to everyone who sees them.

They had a nice clearance section! I bought a whole Wonder Woman suit for $25 1 week before Halloween. Everything is really easy to find and the employees are always courteous!

We ran out of Heart Shaped balloons at Balloon Crew, Inc. for a last minute client and our van was out in Mentor and they called the Willoughby store. The manager Alexa was great! Super fast service and she was helpful on the phone to answer my questions. We got the job done and our client was happy! That's all that counts! Thanks Alexa!

Brought in special ballons to be blown up with helium and to be made into a bouquet. The cashier, Carlos, was very nice, helpful and efficient. The female employee with the blue hair, blew up the ballons and created the bouquet. She, also, was very nice and gave exceptional customer service.

With three kids at and under 3 the order online feature saves me in so many ways. Time in selections, meltdowns over said selections, time in putting everything back that they get into, paying without a toddler tinkinh its funny to hear the beeps when the card is removed....the staff in here is wonderful and by me ordering online and getting in and out it will allow them to continue to like us lol.

The staff is amazing here. Very friendly and organized. An employee named Alexa helped me very much. She showed me where everything was and was very respectful and kind. And her hair is rockin!!

I LOVE Party City!! I Feel like a kid again everytime I walk through their Doors!! My daughters balloon burst as she was walking to the door & they replaced it No Questions Asked!!🎈🎈🎈🎈

They stuff for any party you are going to have and much more. But when it comes to planning a wedding I would not go there. Not much for a wedding
