Within a few minutes, they were able to recommend a really good live Resin, help me with my Vape pen and answer a few questions I had. Really knowledgeable and friendly staff there.

I have been going for years and I will not go anywhere else. When I first started Matt took his time to answer my questions and show me the products that would be right for me. When I want to try something new he is very informative and if I may not like something he always will suggest other things. This is my one and only vape store

Matt, the owner, has always been wonderful, and he puts a lot of effort into making his customers happy. I have been going here for years. Even before they moved from their original store location to where it is now. Anytime I had a product recommendation or just wanted to try something he has been able to accommodate.

First time I was in the shop today and I was blown away with all the different disposables and pod systems. The nice lady that was behind the counter set me up with a SMOK pod system and even showed me how to fill and use it and recommended nic salt juices for my pod system.

I look forward to coming in everything for all my vape needs. Great place!!

This is the SPOT! Don't skip this gem. It's worth the drive if you're not a Willoughby resident. Matt(owner) is ready to assist w/questions and the prices are amazing. We will absolutely be returning!

I stumbled on this store, trying to find a shop that carried my preferred brand and was closer to my home.
I have had a handful of different people assist me, and I honestly can not tell, who the owner is.
But that is cause each person has been so incredibly friendly and helpful, every single time, as if the store was their own.
So many of these, types of shops, can feel like walking into a jewelry store.
Where youre getting hounded with upsells and sales speech. Or the opposite and you feel like a burden.

With my vape usage, I only need to stock back up on liquid or coils like once a month. And I wish any other "errand" that I have to go in a business for, was remotely as easy and enjoyable as my short visits to Vapor Rev have been.

This store sets the paradigm that other small businesses should follow and strive for!

By far best vape shop around! The selection is unmatched! The owner and his employees are so polite and professional! Definitely go see them!

They always have what I need and are willing to order anything that I may want. Always friendly and helpful. Matt, the owner, is a real solid guy. I drive 9 miles, past other shops, to do business at Vapor Rev!

For the last 6 years Mat has over done himself with making sure me and my husband are always satisfied with our purchases. The knowledge and amount of products always has me coming back. Just expect nothing but the best service when you come here. 10/10

Best vape shop in the county possibly the world, Nick and Matt have taken good care of me for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience at this location. The Owner is very down to earth and knowledgeable about his products. I had a defect on a Vape pen and he stood by my side and took great care of me because of that. Outstanding customer care. If you need a place or have questions about vaping I would see them! 10/10 establishment!

Nice people! But allot of times they've run out of my brand of disposable vapes and don't order them. I have to search somewhere else... frustrating me and losing money for them unfortunately.

Matt is an amazing guy, always super helpful as well as all of the employees there. I can't possibly explain how great these guys are. Me and my dad go here constantly.

They have a massive selection of juices! They'll tell you whats good for what types of coils, pods, etc.

Great selection of starter kits, mods, mech stuff and more!

These people have experience with everything in their store and know what their talking about, highly recommended for people just getting started or for the most experienced of vapers. We're always treated with respect and like we are family! Great environment! A++

This place is great. I walked in not really sure what to expect. I described to the owner, Matt, exactly what I was looking for and within seconds he had the perfect product for me. Basically exactly what I had in mind. Nice atmosphere, knowledgeable customer service and high quality products. 5/5. Will be back.

I've been going to Vapor Rev since I started vaping on the regular in 2018. (Wow, I can't believe it has been that long!) I knew nothing about electronic smoking devices. Matt was patient and helped me understand and find the device that worked best for me.
Matt, is so friendly and very informative about products and the ever changing vape world. He kept me sane during COVID with deliver and pre-orders n such. The rest of the staff if always patient and helpful. This place has so many liquid options and all the newest devices options. They always have what I need.
I really like the environment and they have a cooler with monster and other drink options! Vapor Rev carries many Delta products.
