Got two pairs of shoes, one for kicking around and one for the gym. Both fit really well and my feet are kinda duck-like. So, anyway, they have a pretty good selection and a helpful salesperson. Yes, I will return for my winter boots, I'll need them soon.

It was a great experience. I was easily able to locate and try the exact Skechers style and color shoe I had been looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful even through the had to endure a horrible odor from roofing repairs being preformed at this location. A great location to shop!

I do not recommend their orthotic inserts - drug store quality. If you have problem feet, a step up would be Mar-Lou Shoes, or best is Foot Solutions with their amazing orthopedic knowledge and shoes.

But if you want low prices and a fun pair of quality shoes to wear, Famous Footwear is excellent!

Excellent customer service and extremely fast delivery for orders. I've been coming here the last few years for most of my athletic and casual/work shoes and have had no issues. Great spot to have in the plaza!

Actually had a great experience inside this particular store staff is friendly store with well stock they had good sales going I was very happy with my experience. however in women's sizes for my girlfriend they were not carrying any in her size (12/13 in women's) she wasn't upset but just an FYI

Today no stars, I went there to buy 2 pairs of boots, and 2 pairs of shoes, the womans boots where made poorly, the glue you could see, and coming apart , So I walked out, sketchers and khols got my money
