Had one of the best customer service experiences at this location! Michelle, I don't know if she is the store manager, went above and beyond to take care of me. No hassles, just exceptional customer service! It might sound cliche but she deserves a raise! Whatever they're paying her is not enough! Thank you again for such great customer service!

Went in yesterday to pick up a game for PS5. It was more organized than most Game Stop locations. They had exactly what I was looking for. When I entered the store, I was promptly asked if I needed help finding anything, then asked again how I was doing after a few minutes after browsing for a bit. When I approached the counter to check out, I struggled with a gift card. Luckily, Shyanne at the counter was able to help me figure it out what to do in that situation. She was patient and very kind and was able to answer all my additional questions. Better than your typical Gamestop. I appreciate being able to continue building my physical collection in an all digital world. 🙏

Great staff. Very friendly. Had a great conversation on stick drift in controllers that we make me always get the warranty. Really hard to play dark souls type games when your left stick randomly angles your charter in some other direction. Clean store.

My son and I visited on Feb. 16th,I called ahead to make sure they had the game my son wanted. It was the only store that had it. The young man who answered the phone was very pleasant. (He did say his name when he answered but can't remember it) When visiting the store, the young man working, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and organized.

I was at Game Stop yesterday to buy a controller for my son's PS4. My son had in his mind exactly what he wanted, and of course I had in my mind what would be best.
I have to say that I received outstanding customer service from Samuel, or at least that was the name on my receipt. The young man who helped us was not only helpful, he really made it a point to make sure that I was happy with what we got, and that my son was especially happy!
He also was kind enough to help me with getting info on a price match, as I did not buy the system from Game Stop, and that I am very sorry for.
I will definitely be sure to shop Game Stop in the future. AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!

The guys working there were so helpful and very honest when helping me pick out my son’s Nintendo switch! I will definitely be going back for all of my kids gaming needs.

The employees here are super nice and the manager Kevin is wonderful. We had trouble at a different Gamestop and Kevin went out of his way to help us and make sure that others wouldn't have the experience we had. This is hands down the best Gamestop around and is worth the extra drive.

Went in with my granddaughter's 6yr & 12yrs old. I don't play video games! The employee was great!! she was so helpful and so patient with them. Thank you!!

When it comes to retail Gamestop is awesome. Take the time to be realistic and talk to a store manager if you have issues that need to be resolved. Def a goto.
