Starbucks

I love stopping by this Starbucks on my way into work. Or on my way home. Or when I'm out running errands. The baristas are always kind. Even when they are busy, they take the time to welcome you into the store and wish you a good day. I consider this my home Starbucks 🖤

I visited Willoughby from South Korea and stayed for one month. During my trip, I went to this Starbucks three times. On my first visit, the staff who got my order asked my name to write on the cup. On my second visit, he asked my name and said "I should have memorized your name." On my third visit, he didn't asked my name and my name 'Amy' was on my coffee cup.

I was absolutely amazed. I wanted to hire him. Starbucks! Promote him :)

To the team at Starbucks on 306 and especially Renee, I wanted to give a heartfelt thank you. I had a very rough morning and she picked up on that immediately. As soon as I pulled up to the window she was ready to give emotional support to a complete stranger and nowadays, that’s rare. She listened to me as I vented about my problems and cried and she provided the most comfort I’ve ever gotten. In that moment, she wasn’t just a barista, she was an absolute blessing. Renee and the entire team even wrote encouraging and loving messages on my cup to go the extra mile and put a smile on my face. Thank you so, so much to the Starbucks team on 306 ❤

This is my favorite Starbucks! Each morning Barista is the kindest and sweetest! I look forward to starting my day with them saying good morning and truly making my day start out spectacular 💖

This new Starbucks has something of a 60's vibe, but the staff is really on the ball. They have made a number interesting suggestions for different coffee options. This Starbucks has the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered in a Starbucks.

The best Starbucks around! Wish i lived closer to this location or that it was on the way to my job. Staff is so friendly here. Went through the drive through today and noticed a butterfly sticker on my drink. My cat passed away today and this made me smile. Wish I knew the name of the staff member that did this so I could shout them out. But thank you to whoever did this it made my day brighter. Keep up the fantastic service! ❤🦋

Starbucks is built on quality customer service and atmosphere and this location is no exception, this location is always clean customer service is second to none and you get a great coffee every time or they will fix it.

Tonight, Greg and the manager (I can't remember their name unfortunately) made my night great. Friendly conversation and banter and just an overall great feel from them, I would hug them and be their friend if I could. They deserve the world with how great they are!

I can admit that this branch is the most wonderful Starbucks branch I have visited in the US. All the staff are very nice and they welcome everyone who enters and say goodbye to them also with kindness. (A simple act, but it holds a lot of value) Also, I noticed kindness and friendship between them. They can be described as people who work with love and not for other material reasons. The place is always clean, especially (bathrooms) are always clean at all times (this is what distinguishes it the most of the rest of the branches). Thanks to everyone who working here!

Awesome location. Easy to get in and out in the drive-thru. Really quick service and great drinks. The best part is the customer service! Shaina is incredible. I forget the girl with the snake tattoo on her arm's name. She's just as awesome!

If I could give this location 5 stars I would! I was in Ohio for business and accidentally did a mobile order at the wrong location myself and colleagues Wednesday morning so I had to call and spoke to Theo who was so pleasant (and sensing I had no familiarity with the area) gave me an option of a transferring my mobile order to a closer location or coming later to pick up my drinks when I had time. Due to time I chose the latter so later that day I dropped in and sure enough Az was ready to make my drinks. Fast forward to that night I realized I left my business phone at the store & they were closed. That morning before I was able to call the store, Theo had called my other phone to tell me they had it! I came by before heading back l home to Indiana and Az and Shaina were amazing once again! I take customer experience really serious & they missed no points. Wish I could have tipped more through the app but I'm truly impressed at this team ☕

Amazing store with very nice baristas! i cant remember their name but there was this very kind barista with green hair and interesting eye makeup. I come in fairly often and they always go out of their way to make it an amazing experience! plan to be back soon as this location always makes my drinks right and gets them out fairly quickly!

The customer service at this location is amazing! I’m not sure what Ben’s position is at this location but his customer service is amazing and makes your feel welcomed with a giant smile on his face! I wish I could steal him to work for me, we need more people like Ben everywhere!

My favorite Starbucks in the area for sure. The staff is awesome. My order is always delicious. Don't be discouraged by the line. Sometimes seems really long but they are usually very good at keeping things moving. Would rate higher if I could!

The 5 am ladies are amazing! Always starting the day with a smile!

Just went through the drive through and Mary and Emma were the kindest humans! Our drinks are perfect as usual but the added hospitality really provided such a light to our morning

The service is always quick, the drinks are always made correctly, and the people are always friendly!

The line for the drive through can be a bit long, but it has gotten a little better since the Starbucks location across from the mall opened up.
