Was at Target looking for ink for my HP printer. Had nothing in stock. When I found an associate to ask about the ink, they told me it was discontinued. I went to Office Max and they greeted me promptly and were friendly and helpful. Had the ink I needed in stock.

I work for a small organization and I work remotely. I have a home printer for simple, administrative type printing, but having the option to print special jobs at Office Max/Office Depot is a perfect option for me. Their printing service is so easy to set up online. Depending on the print project, they can do same day print and pickup. The pickup at the store was fast, convenient and super easy. My print job was ready to go and on the shelf. The materials used and print job were top notch. I will definitely be using this service again. Can't wait to see what else they can do for me.

I needed a printer ink cartridge, a colored Sharpie pen, an USD-c adapter. Went to my nearest local Office Depot/Office Max. Found it all in about 4 minutes. Cashier reminded me a had some reward points. Out in 5 minutes. Cannot ask for a better experience.
