Time after time I come here and shall continue to do so. Any questions I've had are answered thoroughly. Making the jump from disposables to a juice setup . I was recommended a smok pod set up . Was shown how to set it up and fill . Shout out to the entire staff who are always helpful and friendly and to the girl that made sure I knew what I needed before I left . 😊

Jake helped us pick out some new glass. He showed us some great options (without being pushy) and helped us crystallize what we wanted. We're very happy with our purchase and are excited to have found such a great shop. Great vibes.

First time in, and I was helped by Alyssa and Anna. Absolutely helpful, informative, and professional!! They walked me through the process of selecting juice, coils and even cleaned my tank for me for free! Being able to take my 5+ year old setup into the store and not being up sold to the latest and greatest was a great feeling. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jake! You rockstar! I stopped in just after opening looking for my specific juice for my smoker. Although the shelf was empty he stopped and looked at the box of stuff that had not been checked in. There was my juice, after warning me if it does not scan he can't sell, he still tried. Luckily it scanned and I was able to get what I have been looking for for weeks. Thank you to everyone there everyone is always personable and attentive every time I stop in. A special thanks to Jake for making this morning awesome after a very long week!

walked in with my boyfriend not really knowing or understanding what exactly we were looking for and how to use it. ryan helped us right away. he was super friendly and answered all of our many questions we had. i feel comfortable now in knowing that we got exactly what we needed thanks to his help. we will definitely be back!

Leaving review on another account because I can’t say enough good things about the staff! Luna was so helpful and patient even though I was flustered and all over the place and his coworkers were so pleasant too. He left a duck on my jeep once and we laughed about how I didn’t know it was a Jeep thing but I love coming here and I appreciate everyone there. Sorry for miscounting my inscents I’m autistic and adhd and just kind of like that as a person.

Went there for the first time after driving by many times. Store is very clean and organized, and Phil was super helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy on sales. We're definitely going to be back in again,and I recommend looking for Phil if you ever want to learn more about any of the products in this shop!

Great store, fantastic staff. And a ginormous variety of products. Luna (I hope I didn't chop the name) was very professional, welcoming, and acceptionally well knowledged about all of the products that I was looking for and then some. Prices are also fair compared to a lot of shops that I've visited. This is definitely my now my favorite store. Thanks!!!✌🏾

Excellent service on planet 9. Journeyed far out, our spaceship on low fuel, rations low. Rosie was very helpful in our mission, and even left us with a few laughs. 10/10 would travel from the distant galaxies again

Awesome staff with a lot of variety and fair pricing! Staff member Kryztofer was a huge help with getting both of my vapes back in action. Kryztofer took the time to clean both of my vapes and educated me on the benefits of running my vapes at different wattages depending on if I'm vaping juice or salt nic. Very friendly and outgoing. Thanks again!

i’ve never had a bad experience here. everyone is always very friendly and incredibly helpful! last time i was in i was helped by jake, he was wonderful as well as everyone else in the store. i always leave with a smile! great selection, great people, great prices. keep up the great work! :)

This is my spot to go!!! I would rather quality of customer service over a price difference but at this establishment I feel that I get both! You walk into a friendly and inviting environment with knowledgeable staff that are happy to help you with good pricing on merchandise! I have met with many of the amazing staff but Kryztofer helped me choose a vape replacement unit today and he was awesomesauce! Every bit of information I needed to make the right decision for me, as he has done in the past! Thank you to all the staff at Planet of the Vapes! You are genuinely special people that deserve awards in customer service!

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this store almost a year ago and we love it. The staff are all friendly and know so much about every product. I don’t know much and tend to ask a ton of questions and every time the staff have been very patient and informative with me. Today Rosie helped us. We took up almost 40 minutes of her time and the whole time she was patient and kind helping both of us find products we liked. She even helped us set up a watch vape mod and walked us through how to use it. The variety of products is why we went into the store in the first place but that mixed with the staff is why we keeping going back week after week

Kryztofer was my salesperson. He was so informative and upbeat. The store is nice and well-stocked , prices were very affordable. I will definitely be back!

Had to transition to a higher wattage vape to accept lower nicotine juice. Rosie was super helpful and walked me through everything. She recommended the best mod to transition too and things going forward that will help me transition to a lower nic level.

Lana was very helpful. Set my vap all up . Answered all my questions. I am so happy it is so near me . Highly recommend it .

I was referred here by a friend and it has become my new regular spot! All types of selection, for whatever you are looking for. Knowledgeable staff on their products! Very friendly atmosphere! I have never been let down. The passed couple times I’ve been in, Alyssa has been so helpful and shared tips of her experiences with the products.

So...... I just wrote this super long and detailed message about your employee Jake and how he convinced me to buy accessories for the venty after I just paid for a whole venty and didn't come in to buy the accessories specifically.

I'm not retyping it. But just imagine me typing this neat 4 paragraphs recap of my experiences and due to his excellent product knowledge, tenacity at upselling and juat chill friendly vibe... after I just dropped almost half a grand on a piece that I already had a fixed price budgeted for. He convinced me to spend more money in your store after i had honestly already researched these accessories and had deemed them unnecessary he sold me and then I had to hear it from my girl that I got hustled but those accessories made my venty experience so much more enjoyable and the least I can do is leave Jake a good review,
