Hey family I don't know if this is a new location or a Starbuck's due over, it doesn't matter because everything looks very nice, comfortable and spacious
The baristas are very friendly, courteous and know their products very well

That means when you recieve your order it's just the way you like it

We went thru the drive thru 4 cars in front of us 50 minutes waiting in line to long with gas running

Friendly service and my order was correct. I do wish there was more consistency with my drink tasting the same but this time it was perfect.

This was my local starbucks when I lived in Eastlake. I miss it now that I am in Madison. They were always great never got an order wrong and always gave me ideas of different drinks to try.

Thanks to the employee who helped me this morning. I ordered the wrong size on the app and wanted to go a size up. She was understanding and took care of it with no problem at all.

Fall apple drinks are the best!!!!!! Always caramel drizzle around the cup and caramel drizzle xeunch topping on anything cold!!

Staff is not only extremely nice to customers, but they also seem to treat each other well, and maintain a happy, positive attitude, which can really be hard to find these days. The dining area is very large with lots of quiet, outlet-friendly seating and they staff keeps it clean and inviting. I have spent a LOT of time inside this establishment the past few months (doing school work) and this is consistently the kind of positive stuff I am witnessing. Keep it up, and thank you!

Love their chia tea latte with half and half. My daughter gets the white chocolate mocha. Best thing to have after a rough day

really kind and amazing staff! the dining area is always clean and the staff is always fast and courteous even when there's a rush. i love this location and come here often even though it's a little out of the way for me. GREAT JOB GUYS! everyone here deserves a raise!!

Excellent drinks and Customer Service

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve been to hands down. Ive been through the drive thru close to 500 times and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and some of them have even noticed me as a regular and ask me questions about my day, Jeep and weekend plans. They make me feel like a part of family and that is something you can’t compete with!

Great service and great coffee. This Starbucks never fails to show their customers they care. AWESOME TEAM!!

love love love the staff always friendly and even remembers that I like straws when I order via Starbucks app. (Which doest allow for customization when you order on the app) and this awesome new spin on my drink...The Salted Caramel cold foam Nitro brew coffee don't ever get rid of it!! Its amazing!

I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Angel, Dynasty, Fran, Paige. You all make me feel extremely welcomed and that you really are happy to see me. My coffee is always right, I never have to wait long. The few times I have ordered food it was awesome. So yum. You all make my morning. THANK YOU!

The New Cheers! I honestly don't know what I would do without the wonderful humans that work here. They are just divine in so many ways! No matter what kind of day I'm having I always leave with a smile and like I just saw my favorite family members. Thank you for all that you do and making me feel so loved! It's the little things in life that make every day worth it and all of you are part of it!

Willoughby commons Starbucks is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! I have a very annoyingly difficult drink I order and they get it right every single time! The staff is so courteous and will do anything to make your order correct if something is wrong.
