Panera Bread

Panera in Willoughby across from UH hospital is well-run and is particularly a busy Panera given its location. They're very good about keeping the coffee to include decaf topped off.

Love the food! Especially the Asiago bagel. Staff is also great! :)

Ami was my cashier and helped me pick out a you pick 2 for my husband! Thanks Ami! If you want to great customer service, please ask for Ami. I met her once and had a 3 min encounter and was floored. Today's world no one cares about each other or everyone is in a hurry. Ami showed caring and compassion.

The workers and the manager were very kind. The food was well made and the atmosphere was perfect

I had a coupon. So I first tried the app but couldn't get it to do what I needed done. I ended up going on the site and placing my order. Then the delivery was scheduled for next day. I didn't not get an order confirmation or delivery confirmation. The driver did not knock or ring the doorbell.i could not find my order on the app. Ended up uninstalling it then reinstalled it then saw a reorder tab clicked it and saw everything I ordered was there. Do I decided to look out my front door and found my order sitting on my front stoop. My coffee was cold. The food too. Bag was wet because it was raining that day. But luckily the food inside was not wet.

This is the best Panera I’ve ever been to. The staff was so friendly and kind!! I left with the biggest smile on my face! 10/10!!

Great service, food and space to work. This location is clean, provides adequate social distancing, frequently sanitizes surfaces and all employees wear masks. My partner and I come here at least once a week. With the excellent COVID-19 practices in place we feel safe enough to visit here for hours at a time. Our orders are usually spot on and on the rare occasion they aren’t, the staff is pleasant and quick to correct. The free coffee promo is a plus. No issues giving this place my business.

Food is always good. This location has a larger seating area with plenty of room between tables. It is a cozy atmosphere with fireplaces and decent lighting. I've never had an issue here. I prefer this location over some others.

I've visited the Panera Bread in Willoughby multiple times and each time my experiences have been very pleasant. I've visited here to pick up bagels for my co-workers and have received multiple compliments at how fresh and tasty the bagels were. I've also gone to Panera for lunch and was not disappointed. Their food is tasty and served promptly. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Panera has 5 freshly brewed sweetened/unsweetened teas available during lunch. I'll definitely visit Panera again in the future.

I've been blessed to work for the Panera in Willoughby for about several months now. It is a wonderful, clean place and the food is great! All the managers are very kind and the general manager, Joe is the best boss I've ever had. ( and I've worked in alot of restaurants) he's so appreciative of all the people working there and no matter how busy it is, he takes time to thank the employees and make the customers feel welcomed. Grateful for having been able to work here

Why anyone would give them less than 5 stars is beyond me! I go here a lot because EVERYTHING is so great! Their soups, salads, sandwiches, and of course the pastry. My addiction is the frontega chicken sandwich! Friendly and efficient staff too.

Great staff and our food was done almost immediately. We literally found a table and then our food was ready to be brought over. AND IT WAS BUSY. Totally worth it and I highly recommend the Mac n cheese if you're lacking the homestyle (but way better) vibe in your life.

Panera Bread was gracious enough to give a free meal to Veterans on Veterans Day. The company and the employees are all a class act. The food is absolutely amazing.
