Curbside is a lifesaver. The employees always do an excellent job of picking out my items and ordering online is so convenient. Even when I do go into the store everyone is polite and helpful. Love my Giant Eagle!

We use Curbside and order online. Set up an account, delivery is timely and accurate. $9.95 delivery, you can add a tip if you wish. You'll receive a call when they start your order and they contact you if there are any substitutions needed. Lifesaver Service!

Really nice pharmacy staff. Store is always clean and shelves are always stocked nicely.

This store is INCREDIBLE!!! I was just helped by Judy in the bakery who did a phenomenal job customizing a cake for my father's birthday. She was so pleasant to speak with--she even offered me a sample cookie that she had freshly baked. It was delicious, she was extraordinary, and I'll definitely be back because of her!!!

When I go here, they always have what I need. Neater than most Aldis.

Everything I need in a grocery store! Fresh flowers, fresh bakery, prepared foods to take out. Today I was in the self checkout lanes and was having trouble with a plant that was ringing up @double the price. A customer service associate came over and helped, without being asked, when she saw I was having trouble. It's rare these days to get good customer service, I appreciate that THIS Giant Eagle has great employees!

Good as it always appears to be. Sometimes product is low, but with the lack of help everybody has,not bad at all. Bought some nice looking 🥩 steaks last week for a good price. Over all,very happy with that store.

ALWAYS very clean...i always know where everything is... friendly people, fuel perks, and savings... I save giving my card to the cashier for after all my groceries are rung up... when I see my savings come off... it makes me feel like a lottery winner when I see how far my bill comes down... then I use my perks usually the next time... or save them... they come handy in a pinch!

Been going for years.very nice environment. Employees are very helpful. Have everything you need. Homemade food is awsome. They have it all.great location. Would highly recommend. I usually stop after working my night job, so the store is usually empty when I'm there around 5:30am and it's typically being stocked. Employees are friendly and I usually self-checkout without any complications.
Then COVID changed things. After the initial hours reduction, I don't think they ever went back to being open 24 hours (or at least the last time I checked in 2022) which no longer made it convenient for me to stop after working my night shift job.
I usually shop at the one actually closer to my home now and in the evenings.
As far as this visit (6/1/23) I have no complaints. We were coming back from an outing and needed to grab a couple of quick items. We were in and out around 8:45pm no issues.

Big store. Nice lay out. Clean. Don't see many employees on the floor. Went to the liquor store inside of Giant Eagle this trip. Cashier seemed annoyed with me asking prices of the bottles behind the counter, but she wasn't rude about it.

Nicely laid out store. Very clean and well lit. Prices are a bit expensive unless taking advantage of excellent sales they have. Pay attention to the rules for 2 for 1 deals. Cashier are friendly and keep the lines moving quickly for a grocery store.
