Fantastic shop in a convenient setting. Very little effort required to enter or exit. Staff members who go out of their way to help customers. This place has always had everything I needed, and I've never had a terrible experience here. I know what you're thinking: "Well of course they'd have what you need;" nevertheless, the grocery shop next to my house frequently runs out of staples. As a whole, I am quite fond of this location.

OK, not from Boston but you folks are spoiled. The staff is so friendly. The registers were all open. Folks were bagging our groceries. Nice store with pretty good prices for everything we needed for our trip. Thank you for the excellent service❣❣❣

On the smaller side but very friendly staff and great prices.

The stockists knew where to find things, they brought out more cashiers when the lines got up to 3 carts, and there were even baggers! Market Basket gives the lie to "lean staffing" by having plenty of employees AND better prices than the competition.

Price is wright! It’s the reason I’m there 👍🏻 warm and courteously. Fresh food and variety products to be picked. I love market basket!

Great store and it's a perfect location. Pretty easy to get in and out of. Very helpful employees. I've never had a bad experience here and they've always had everything I needed. Which yeah you probably think well it's a grocery store they should but, I've gone to the one closer to my house and they have run out of more than one or two necessities. So overall I really like this place

Good selection, medium store, most items are available here. Bakery does a good job. Deli and fish counter are good as well. Meat section has been lacking since the pandemic and the chicken selection is hit or miss for the generic store brand trays. Small but decent produce department.

I drive 2 hours from Western MA twice a month to shop at market basket. Sure it costs me about $20 in gas, but I easily save over $100. Staff is great, store is clean.

This is my absolute favorite of all the Market Basket stores. I live in Lowell, but go to North Billerica to shop here. Excellent friendly staff! Now Mr. Demoulas, can you please open one in Ellsworth Maine so I don’t have to miss Market Basket all summer? Pretty Please?

All market basket stores are great. If you're from Billerica, that's all you know anyways. I do not miss all the big store hype and enjoy playing a fair price for my groceries. With three of them in town, it's always easy to pop in and get what you need.

WHY HAVE I NEVER BEEN TO THIS WONDERFUL PLACE? My God. I've shopped exclusively at Aldo for years and never even thought of trying this out. Went there today and it was amazing. I got a full basket that should have over $300 for only $180 out the door. The help was awesome as well. I will def be going back.

This is probably the BEST Market Basket I've ever been in. Large, clean and appealing to the eye. As from what I could see stocked better than the rest!!

Great selections and at reasonable prices. What I love here is that they always had fresh product choices, clean and organized.

Very friendly staff and very helpful! Everyone from checkout to management couldn't be nicer. If you need something, just ask and anyone will be glad to help you. If you crave an item that isn't in stock, they'll do the best they can to get it for you.
