Exceptional customer service.
Called ahead for a part that they placed on hold for me. I know absolutely less than nothing about cars but they were very honest and helpful. They even doubled checked my vehicle to make sure the part I reserved was the correct one as well as checking to make sure the part wouldn’t need any extra dealership installation. The manager Matthew and his team are the reason why I’d recommend doing business here and I’ll certainly be going back in the future!! :)

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. They will tell you the best option if you have any question about what you are doing. By far the most thought experience I have had at an auto parts store

The manager, I believe his name was Matthew, approached me right away, looked up my car for wipers, went and got them and offered assistance putting them on. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I like that they are in the same building as VIP. Makes things easier!

Rob and Matthew helped me get what I needed. They are the ones to see. We went to the back to make sure a terminal connector would fit. They are both very helpful

I walked in with my broken wiper blade. Within 5 minutes a manage was outside in the cold helping me put my wiper that he fixed back on my car. I'll be glad to go back and buy new wipers there when I need them. Thank you.

They know all the right questions to ask and have the parts. Just know what you need or if you don’t just ask them to help. Great place.
