This Stop&Shop has really great customer service. Employees check in with customers to make sure they are finding what they need, and they are pleasant and helpful. I have to single out an employee named Justin Bennis. He was helping a customer who was visually impaired and as I walked by, I was amazed at his kindness. Not only did he help this person select items, but he was warm and patient, going above and beyond any expectations.

They sell UNO Disney 100 decks that contain a collectible foil card inside. The 558 bus stops here.

Always a great visit - Found everything I need and the store is clean with good prices especially if you are a card holder which of course I am!

Associate walked me over to where an item was versus just pointing and saying “over there”. Appreciate the gesture and kindness.

This store is incredible. It's filled with food and they give you these giant baskets on wheels that you can push around and choose what food you want as you walk around. There's even an area completely dedicated to bread. This place is going places.

One of the bigger store you can get lost in until you learn the isles but by then they have to redo everything and you have to start over. This store does have handy lists hanging around the end caps for you to look up items to find which isle they've been hidden in.
This market also has a large number of do it yourself cash registers with a helpful assistant right there for you if you need them.
I do like this store for it's cleanliness and wonderful crew members.

Had everything I needed to pick up, but what made it stand out were the staff members. The deli workers were super friendly, and the shelf stockers were impressively knowledgeable. I don't usually review supermarkets but this one deserved it. Good stuff!

this is a very clean store. it's fully stocked most of the time. the produce is fresh and delicious. i like that this location has self check out so i can be in and out in a few minutes if i'm only looking to buy a few things. the store itself is a bit closed off and not too visible from the street but that means it's much less populated than the other stores around. stop & shop is definitely my go to store in the area.

Employees are extremely helpful and so nice! Great selection of produce. Pricing is a bit on the high end.

Great management today this store was mess! Perishables on check out belt some kind of goo left on belt that my jacket and Pocket book landed in.the floors were a mess with litter management was hiding in the office. Some of the managers that couldn't run Watertown St store are here why? What happened to Mr Farley store looked and ran awesome then! Sorry to change my review

Best Stop & Shop!! Clean, well stocked , great health food section - a great place to meet your grocery as well as health & beauty needs, also good pet section. The produce & deli department people are SO NICE - very accommodating. I live in Newton & prefer this particular store to any in this general vicinity 👍

Excellent food and cocktails, some very unique options. Outdoor seating is available. Place I definitely understaffed so things moved slow but enjoyable evening.

I shopped here every Tuesday for months at a time. Friendly helpful staff, stocked shelves and good prices. Not much else to ask of a grocery store. I used their Motorola scanning tool to scan stuff and.bag it into my cart, which makes checkout a one minute affair.

This is your everyone knows your name big sized store and yet they treat that store as if it was the last day they'll ever see ya again. Pleasurable experience absolutely!

Have great produce at great prices.
Place is clearly a visible from main road. Great staff very friendly service. Has an awsome bakery everything at great price. Great job pit for Uber and lyft Drivers if you are driving in Watertown. Good place for a quick bite. Very big parking lot.

All 5-stars go to Daniel. My family and I have been shopping at Stop & Shop since 1986 - when Doritos launched their Cool Ranch flavor -what a summer! Not once, in all my time spent shopping there has an employee ever had the common courtesy to ask if I needed help finding anything.
( Whole foods, Trader Joes, Star Market I'm looking at you guys too). Thankfully, that all changed when Daniel walked into my life. This noble man caught me like a deer in headlights desperately looking for some random cleaning product that I knew very little about. I was in dire need for some direction but I expected another lost afternoon going on some wild goose chase. (By the way: why hasn't anyone thought of a super market search kiosk yet ???) Daniel didn't even know which specific product I was referring to either, but you can bet that didnt stop him! He marched down the aisle like a Spartan ready for battle; armed and ready to destroy anything that got in his way. He was able to find an even better product than what I was originally after.

Later on he spotted me again moseying down the aisle desperately looking for coconut oil. Again, Daniel to the rescue. Not to mention that I also noticed Daniel helping other patrons as well. This employee is a diamond in the rough. This man can single handedly change the stop & shop brand around for the better.

Thank God for helpful people like Daniel making our grocery stores better - one item at a time.

It's nice to go into a store and find what I am looking for and not overpriced .lots of great sales

I like stop & shop. Place is never packed prices are great and I have noticed that the meats and fruit stay fresh so much longer then Star and Bjs

Been going here for years. Their customer service is awesome and the selection is wow. Best store hands down.
