This store is awesome. The best kept Big Lots I've shopped. Aisles are clean and not cluttered. Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked and has a large variety of household and seasonal items. Large parking lot. Easy access from traffic signal and other entry points.

A very nice clean store and nice to have in the Southport area. There is always a nice variety of different things. Katie, the manager, is very nice and always so extremely helpful. Today the cashier, Kris, went above and beyond to help me with a new Big Lots card as mine was damaged on the back. She was very helpful and courteous; as all the cashiers have been each time I check out. Thank You!

I lost my phone in this store and two employees Megan and heather made sure I got my phone back and kept it safe it means a lot cause phone these days are almost a grand so I really appreciate those two employees
