McDonald’s on N Lake Rd in Carolina Beach, NC is the best! My children said they wanted a 5 star McDonald’s today for breakfast and sure enough, the employees here delivered!!! 5 star for sure!!! Treated my children like little celebrities and gave them the coolest kids meal toy!!! Thank you Annie and Ali for your special honest kindness.!!!

Great service! Well done staff! Everything was pleasant and decorated beautifully for fall. The front of house were eager to help and take orders with smiles and great personality! Food was fresh, fast and hot! Thank you.

Good Ole "Mickey D's" food is always good fast & hot!! Great guys!! Only thing was that particular day the fries 🍟 were not fresh. EVERYBODY LOVES HOT FRESH FRIES!!!

Burns buns a little to often but it's still my go to.

Okay. It's a Micky D's. Yes- I know that they have 2 drive thru speakers, but they only are using 1 right now. But the person who took our order realized that they gave us sweet instead of unsweetened tea. They admitted the mistake. They didn't try to pass off the wrong order. I wish I knew who that person was as I'd tell their manager to give them a raise!

Unexpected top-notch service at the Carolina Beach McDonald’s. Annie and Brenda (and others) went above and beyond to help me with a large order. I never post reviews but everyone should know how fantastic they are.

Those is an updated McDonald's, you order on screen. Clean and efficient and good soft serve ice cream.

Carolina Beach has a very clean McDonald's with a good staff and helpful for using the free food coupons available on the app for McDonald's. We saved about 20 to 30% every time we go there.

We ordered for 7 people and the food was correct the way we ordered it. Nothing was missing like back at home! Ladies were nice and it was pretty clean for the most part. :)

The food was good and hot they extremely busy they were a little bit on the slow side but that was okay cuz the food it was hot and good

Finally a McDonald's that delivers fresh hit fries and a damn good quarter pounder with cheese!! I came expecting to be underwhelmed, but left wanting to come back! *Could do without the rude person at the counter.

Day.. I ordered my McCafe Iced Mocha and it was delicious (drank it so fast that I almost forgot to get a picture)- the staff was friendly, smiling and I appreciate that!

It was nice to be in a McDonald's where they had plenty of staff working, and in unison. And while waiting for my food, I witnessed the staff supporting each other by pep-talking one another up. As a result, everyone was working hard, the food was good, and the place was clean. Keep up the good work!

2 times this month I have been here since I am working in Carolina beach. I appreciate that the line moves fast and the people are nice and friendly. But what throws me off off is that they prepare the food so that I want to come back! It is good proportions of condiments and veggies and it isn't splotched on only a quarter of the burger where one bight is all the ketchup or Mayo. The food was fresh and actually piping hot. If fast for was always this good I would have me a problem not eating it more. But saddly most fast foods even other McDonald's do not prepare the food like this location!

This crew is AMAZING. Throughout hurricane Ian the drive thru never stopped, despite heavy rain and 50mph winds. Then, today, two employees were passing out happy meal toys on the boardwalk. Our little girl just loved her Astronaut Barbie. Loved it. While it may be easy to take the ubiquitous restaurant for granted, it is moments like these that remind us they are the community, and we're better for it. A warm meal during a scary storm, when our home was without power...truly powerful stuff. Attached is a picture of the parking lot that day not 50 ft from the drive thru. Simply amazing what this team did. Thank you.

We had a very large order, thankfully we went in at a low traffic time. They were awesome! Made sure we had everything we needed, and very friendly. Will definitely return again!

The service was really slow but they had gotten an order before ours of 16 happy meal along with 8 adult orders. They were were working as fast as they could and we're very upfront about what was going on. The staff was friendly and doing the best they could in a trying situation. No-one lost their cool and they worked great as a team. They kept the guests from getting irritated. It was impressive. The store was clean and we'll lit.

Ashley was amazing in the drive thru window. She took the time to listen to our order and did not interrupt us while we were ordering. We have 4 kids that are always eating McDonald's. We definitely notice great, friendly customer service and Ashley definitely made our experience enjoyable.
