Convenient to access, good parking, the store is neat and clean inside and out. Relocated from Old Long Beach Road to the corner of Southport-Supply Road and (new) Long Beach Road. I found the store and pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful

The check-out girl, Darah, was very helpful and sweet. It's nice to have a friendly cashier. Thank you Darah for your assistance. Great store! 👍

Phamacist Marissa (?) was super helpful and nice on the phone with my question about stye care. Just to help offset all the bad reviews.

One of the most bustling pharmacies, for its small size, that I’ve been to. I’ve had to wait in line to ask questions and pick up prescriptions. Yes, the lines inside and outside are long but perhaps the negative reviews have more to do with the local population explosion, and retired age of the impatient, along with a corporate CVS needing to hire more pharmacists than this one has because the MANY people working behind the counter stay constantly busy - focused their work. Nearly went to another pharmacy for my mother’s Rx after reading these negative reviews but am glad I stayed with this one. They deserve better comments. I’ve had professional and efficient interactions every time.

Everyone is great at this CVS. The pharmacist David was great in helping work with my Medicare with my refills! He was very short staffed. I watched him on the checkout, answer the phone, assist driveup& looked up my info with ease & professionalism. I moved here from Wilmington 3 years ago & never had a problem. I dont get all the negative reviews. Those who wrote such awful comments need to pause & think about the long hours these employees work. Its nice to have some of the techs recognize me & already have my meds before i even ask. Thanks to everyone at CVS!!! My husband & I appreciate all you do for Seniors!!!!

We just moved here and I switched jobs with a high deductible; I was wondering how much my prescription would cost out of pocket. She told me the price which of course was high, but then told me how I could save money by trying different coupons to bring in. The person that answered the phone had no obligation to help me save money but took the additional 5 minutes to help me. She saved me over 75%. When I picked it up, it was easy and everyone was extremely helpful! I will definitely continue here!

Used their pharmacy. They were slammed with people in their new location, and I found them patient and courteous. I had a difficult prescription and I had many questions. Staff took their time and answered all I asked explaining about the medication and the best way to use it. I was pleasantly impressed after reading some of the reviews!

I use the CVS app and have no problems. Very efficient and user friendly.

The staff there has always gone out of their way for me. I am there at least every other week and always get treated great. I don't know what the negative reviews are about.

Fine store and personnel
I shopped at the store at 3637 N Southport in Chicago. I have been a CVS customer for many years but never went to that store. I needed lots of help. I got it....and more. Cruz and Linda both helped me in making a large ourchase .

Way better than Walgreens. They have my prescription when they say they have it. Walgreens would call me to tell me they have it. After waiting in a long line tell me sorry. And after the 3rd time they might actually have it. That was a regular occurrence I am glad to be out of

Always fair pricing, and signing up for there discounts is great too for earning cash back coupons or CVS bucks, on products you use everyday!
