Picked up eclipse glasses for April. It is great that they have such variety. Good discounts on Christmas inventory, too.

I continue to shop at OConnor /Ace hardware because of the personalized service. Fran and Roger in Rentals were so helpful and went out of their way to give me information and help me choose exactly what I needed. The bigger stores like Home Depot and Lowe's may have lower prices at times but they don't have the hands on customer interest like Ace.

Great hardware store with a huge selection and great prices. For my novice self, they truly differentiate themselves with their extremely friendly customer service. I also appreciate the vast inventory - they have everything! Whether you're a novice or a pro, you can't go wrong.

O'Connor Hardware always has the parts you need and the service and staff are very nice and helpful. This is so much better than going to one of the big box hardware stores, I pick them every time.

I love this store. You can get personalized service that you won’t get at Home Depot or Lowe’s. When you ask somebody a question they actually know what they’re talking about. It’s refreshing to be honest.

Every Ace Hardware that I have ever been into has people at the door waiting to help you as you walk in. They know where everything is. They are polite, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and I wish there was a tip jar at every register. I quit Home Depot after going in there just a few times. Ace hardware beats them, hands-down!!

My experiences at O'Connors Hardware are all satisfying because the workers will explain items as well as how to use the item that you bought. I would recommend this hardware store to anyone that asks.

I just adore this location. In general, people are really helpful. The cashiers are kind, and the store provides everything I need. I've only encountered one employee that was uninterested in helping me. Clearly, she was having a rough day. I suppose we have a right to it. I want to again soon to check if her attitude toward the customers has improved. Apart than that, it's a fantastic location. That hardware store is fantastic.

Good classic hardware store, refreshingly different from big home center "big box" stores. Good help. Good hardware and fastener selection. And they had the chain for the chainsaw I bought at Lowe's, that Lowe's does not seem to stock! I know who will get my business next time...

I should have learned... Lowe's didn't have the drainage stone I needed and O'Connor did!

LOVE this place! Usually everyone is super kind. Cashiers are great, this place has everything you need, and more. Only had one worker be indifferent to me. She must have been having a bad day. I guess we are entitled. I'll go back soon, and see if she developed a better attitude toward the patrons. Other than that, one of my favorite places. Great hardware store.

Always find what I need at an affordable price. Today needed thermocouple for a gas furnace
