AT&T Store

Random is the best thing that has happened to me. He was able to set up and. teach me how the new phone worked. He is the best !!!

I stopped into the Green Oaks ATT store tonight with a world of issues. I had consumer Cellular and wanted to come to ATT and combine my Internet account with this line. I called so many times for customer care's help but Robert figured it out. He was very patient and made me feel very comfortable during my visit.

David was awesome took care of everything and we got a new phone and he helped me set it up will be going back to that store

Came in to trouble shoot the phone. Robert the manager helped me. Wonderful guys here. Saved me money.

David was helpful and solved my tablet issue would recommend them as the att store to go to.

I went into the green Oaks ATT store recently for troubleshooting. We took care of the issue and then he went a step further and quoted me on a plan to save me $35 month. Awesome service. I would recommend this store over the Howell or downtown stores anyway.

Rob was very patient with us older folks. He audited my account.found me some savings and was able get the phone that I wanted. I love this new management here now! It’s in the Green Oaks shopping center

David was super pleasant and helpful when sorting out a glitch on my phone. He figured out the problem very quickly,
too. I am so relieved to have not had to replace this phone. Thank you!!

I love this store. I've been going to them for years. They've had some crazy reps work there a while ago but they are all gone--just very nice, smart responsible sales reps work here now. Definitely stop in here. They hooked me up with a FirstNet service. Awesome!

I would highly recommend the Brighton AT&T store. The young woman who I wish I remember her name was very attentive and incredibly helpful. It was absolutely the most pleasant customer service experience I have had in a very long time.

I’m with T-Mobile. I had a problem with my phone. I walked into the ATT Green Oaks store. They helped me. Gave a competitive rate plan analysis and I may be coming back for service from them. Very nice people here.

So here’s the deal. There’s not enough stars to rate how great Erica was in helping me. AND the people that work this store pay their dues swimming thru peanut butter if need be to help you get what you need done. I saw this while I was here getting help from Erica. Just sayin. Go figure! These guys are great.

Incredible service by Hunter! I arrived without an appt with my two young girls and he knew I needed some support to get a new phone with AT&T. He asked if I would return for an appt in just an hour, so I did. He was so thorough and helpful and even loved that my kids were a bit nutty in the midst of it all. Thank you for your understanding, patience and hospitality, Hunter - you have shown valued customer service and I will return for sure!

We showed up at about 5:55 pm, thinking they were open until 7, but they were only open until 6. I didn't show up with an easy problem, either. Jennifer took great care of us, didn't say a word about the time, just helped us pick out a new phone, complete with case and screen protector, which she even applied for us. When we left, we realized about the time and had kept her there late. Thanks, Jennifer for being so helpful!! We never would've walked in 5 minutes before closing if we had realized about the time change!!

I went in to purchase the new iPhone 11 Silver & White edition. Everyone in the store was very friendly. Jennifer worked with me and was very kind and helpful, helping me to easily switch everything to my new phone and getting it activated. She also helped me pick out the clear Apple case to go along with it. I'd recommend going into this location to anyone looking to make an upgrade.
