Still one of the few stores I'll go into that has good customer service.

They have a great men’s Big and Tall Department.The selection and variety is always great. Marilyn was our cashier today and she was excellent. She was very patient with me as I tried to redeem my rewards and made sure we got got all the discounts possible. The store was very clean and smelled great, the way department stores did when I was a kid.

Great deals on jewelry this day and the service was excellent. They girls really help me make a perfect selection

Nice place. Went to get my pictures taken for work. Raven was great and super nice and patient. I hate having my pictures taken and she made the experience a comfortable one.

Very nice store! I expected JCPenney's store to be run down but this one was not. We got excellent help in the shoe section and we even got some toe pads for free just for asking!

I wouldn’t say I shop here regularly, but I’ve been to this location a handful of times as I live in Brighton and it’s close. Went there today to buy some dress pants, purchased a pair that were $70 on sale for $34.99. Got home later in the day and realized I was charged full price. Went back up to the store to see about the price and not only got the refund for the sale price, but the gentleman working at the exchange counter gave me $5 cash for the inconvenience. I was happy I just got the correct price, never did I expect someone to go that far for something so small. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Definitely a happy customer!!!

Great customer service, they greet their customers and give coupons if you present them with one and there isnt one out for everyone. Seriously go shopping here. All the managers are amazing! Marrissa the store manager does an amazing job running this store and making sure her employee's are doing their jobs correctly and accurately. Good Job Green Oak!

I went there a week before Christmas on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted right away and somebody showed us to exactly what we were looking for. The kids and I found several presents for The Wife and we were out of there in 15 minutes. Great service and friendly staff, even on one of their busiest days of the year.

Store is very clean and orderly. The employees were friendly and helpful. They are running a lot of sales and clearance items in the men's department. You can see how internet sales are affecting big bow stores. I think there were just as many employees as there were shoppers when we visited.

The sale personal was FABULOUS!!. They all went out of their way to help two older people navigate thur a new store & find every thing. The cashier was SUPER FRIENDLY. Got some Amazing deals!

Couldn’t find a dress anywhere else for a wedding. Found two on clearance here! Great price and quality!

I have lived in Brighton for many years and have gone to the Green Oak Jcpenney for years. When I went into the store to do some shopping and ended up finding items I wanted but didn't have my size I went to the returns and exchanges desk and was helped by Jessica. She was very nice and helped me order all my clothes online and I even managed to save a little by shipping it to the store which Jessica helped me realize

One of the few brick-and-mortar stores left that sells office appropriate attire. I like to try clothes on in a store. I am not for wasting my time mailing things back and forth because it doesn't fit or isn't as cute on me as the toothpick girl modeling it online. We must support JCPENNEY or we may lose it forever. Remember, the less competition, the higher the prices.
