Love a book store visit! This was a fun, family outing. Such a variety of books to choose from and we were like kids in a candy store!

The store is organized by genre. Then each section by author or series or something. It was hard to say sometimes. We simply explored each area of interest.

At one point we needed help from staff because they do not have a computer you can jump on and look things up for yourself. Bummer. Staff was a bit dismissive. Seemed uninterested in helping. Then my daughter approached them the 2nd time and kindly pushed for them to please get on their computer and look for us. They did. And still we didn't quite know where in the store to look. Then, at checkout, we happened upon the books we were looking for! A more organized system would better serve staff and customers as I almost had to go to Amazon and the book was right there!

The store is clean, spacious and well stocked. Just plan on spending a bit of time and being patience with you if searching for something specific. It is worth it.

Barnes and Noble has been providing in person personal book selling services to provide a more intimate and adventurous experience than buying online. This one, in particular, recently sold me H.P. lovecrafts Necronomican collection of stories, House of Leaves, and an employee immediately and kindly helped me find and guide me to one of my favorite classics I couldn't find, The King in Yellow!

So don't be afraid to ask for help finding what book you're looking for. And if they don't have it? They'll order it for you!

All of them (Employees) are kind, and some even know their classic lit for the occasional nifty conversational back and forth. I've been going here for years for all my boom related needs!

My only slight and very minor gripe is the abundance of religious based books and authors and small and lacking sections of philosophy books. Philosophy book gems old and new aren't very popular, it seems, but I digress. That's just a personal book genre preference.

And if the books aren't enough, this place has a convenient coffee shop!

It's nice a big bookseller is still in business! So many others have been lost. B & N has just about any book or magazine one could want. It helps that a Starbucks is located in the store! I had a return without a receipt that I was easily able to exchange for a different book.

I recently visited Barnes & Noble in Brighton, Michigan, and was extremely impressed with my experience. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I could find a wide variety of books, including the latest bestsellers and a great selection of children's and Manga books for my son. The store also had an excellent selection of gifts and a comfortable seating area where I could relax and read. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an excellent bookstore experience.

Ernie was so helpful today as was everyone. The store is laid out beautifully. There is no topic not covered here (classics, religions, fiction and a great children's area) and with the warm and welcoming coffee ☕ and food shop, it is a great place to relax and purchase books for that new Covid hobby called "reading" or "reading books I've always wanted to read". Now is that time, and this is that place to peruse and get those books.

Well stocked. Really cool gifts and toys. Starbucks was friendly and had good coffee.

Love going to this store, just hate the drive to get there. Always pleasant workers and always clean environment

The wife and I visited this place last Friday evening for her Birthday as she loves books and has been wanting to visit this store for months. Had a good time looking through the massive selection of Books,and spending some time in an actual real live bookstore instead of just ordering from Amazon. Barnes and Noble is a great place to shop and I feel it's really important to keep places like this going financially.

I love B&N. I love how it's laid out, I love the little notes they place on the shelves to help you browse the overwhelming selection, I love that it smells like new paper and coffee, that the customers talk and behave quietly as though they're in a library, the casual friendliness of the staff ... it's probably one of my favorite stores, and it's fun just to browse.

I went to the Children’s section yesterday to find a good book for my 10 year old grandson. The young woman working there was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! She asked a few questions about my grandson and immediately provided me with several very good options. She obviously had read the books and knew the authors works and loves her job. It was so refreshing in this digital age to find such wonderful human help!

Love this place. Lots of magazines, smells like books, lovely and has a Starbucks cafe. Great staff and really nice place to talk and reconnect. & Again air smells like books...heaven.

One of my fave book stores, Decent clearance section. Nice sized YA book section. Always clean and organized.

This continues to be my favorite B&N bookstore because I am always able to find books on my reading list, the new book selection is quite bigger compared to the B&N near me and the staff are always friendly and eager to help. This past visit a staff member spent considerable time helping me find books on my list. Another staff member looked up a book, indicating it was going out of print but still available to order online, which he could have in the store within a few days. The cashier and the staff in the coffee shop were also friendly as well. Highly recommend this location.

One of my favorite stops. Unfortunately the day I visited the server was down allowing only cash or credit to be used. Despite that hiccup the ladies at the cash register did a great job applying my membership, and coupons. The shelves were well stocked as well. This store doesn’t seem as large as the one in Northville but I like it as it has its own parking lot.

Great book selections! Also a wide variety of vinyl albums which is a plus!

Santa's Workshop for bibliophiles! Stopping for coffee is a huge plus.

Encourages folks to read books while drinking Starbucks coffee. You can't beat that! This location, and the one in Rochester, is one of the larger. I try to get lost in this store and others for a couple hours a couple times a month

I rarely frequent Barnes and Nobles, for several reasons one being I walk in and almost instantly blow my budget... however this location is a great shop, the employees are friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and well maintained, it is also well labeled and they have a fairly large selection of just about anything you're looking for.

Nice place to be reading drinking coffee and relaxing..

Always something new to find. And have a coffee.
