Cashier was very polite and customer service oriented! We had an issue which she had to get manager, Erik, who solved our issue promptly! My wife and I shop here regularly because of their outstanding sales and customer service!!!

Love this location and had the best customer service experience this evening with Heather! She was so kind and helpful. She made my shopping experience amazing!

Two excellent clerks.especially the one young lady who handled a difficult return and then walked us to the area for replacement pajamas. She was wonderful.wish I knew her name!!

This is a very addicting place to shop at. I shop in every single section whether it be for gifts or clothes for myself. The “shiny” jewelry section will draw your attention for several minutes. Staff is nice, though I think they are understaffed at the moment. Felt for one of the ladies constantly calling for backup and no one was coming to help her with a very long line. Recent exchange process was quick and painless despite the holidays.

This Kohl’s is located in a relatively prime location off of US-23 and near I-96 in Green Oak Township. As I live nearby, I stop here frequently to pick up online orders and return items bought on Amazon or online from Kohl’s. Costco is pretty much next door so I can get a lot of shopping done at once, and drive a few minutes up the road to Kroger. Kohl’s is well stocked of items for the whole family and home. I like that this location has self-pickup for online orders so you don’t have to wait in line with those who are returning items or need something else from Customer Service.

Leslie is always friendly and helpful. She is a speedy cashier.

Despite the fact that they were very busy getting the Christmas stock delivery put out everyone was extremely helpful! Stopped what they were doing to show me what I needed and moved stock carts out of the way so I could get to things. The cashier was getting us through nice and quickly with a smile and a good attitude!

LOST !!! Donna and her team including customer service... They steered me right more than once that night... When I walked in I was in a state of anxiety and depression, when I walked out I was filled with holiday spirit and Christmas joy with a renewed faith in humanity.
I know not everyone will experience the same awesomeness, but it really blew my mind when it happened to me, I haven't felt that good shopping since I can remember.
Not to mention how short-handed they must be, kudos to all at the Brighton Kohl's but especially to the manager Donna who went above and beyond a normal call of duty. Thank you thank you thank you and God bless us all.

Great service! One associate, Carolyn, spent a long time helping us find the pants I was looking for in the size I needed. Granted, if it was a little neater they might have been easier to find but it was the week before Christmas. And everything we picked out was reasonably priced or was on sale when we got to the register!
