The UPS Store

This is a very nice and clean store, staff are very nice and concerned about my business needs, offering other services and products. I sent over my daycare flyer to be printed and when I arrived to pick them up, they were folded neatly WOW right that had never happen to me I always have to fold them myself! La taunya and Jason was so nice, That La Taunya I met was such a sweet lady 🥰we laughed and said I few words, overall I loved the service I received at this location. Customer service experience was essential, now a days you don’t get good customer service. Jason you guys Rock. I’m definitely referring this location to everybody. Thanks again 🥰

I just left this location, and I had the most difficult Amazon return but the help I received at this store went above and beyond regular customer service. Joe and Lataunya literally rolled out the rug that I was returning in the store to help me pack it tighter and get it in the shipping bag. Amazing amazing customer service. They deserve raises! Joe and his team have been one of the most constant, reliable, helpful and welcoming UPS drop-offs in Oakland country. My company ships 40k+ at this location every year and not one delivery was ever late or lost. That, my friends, can only happen with top level training and listening to their clients...me & you! Any neg comments in this thread should be taken lightly.

Very efficient staff especially Po. He was extremely helpful and gave us good advice about the various delivery options.

Came here by accident as I was supposed to go to the USPS. They actually properly packaged my box and then sent me to the location across the street. High quality store and I think they may have earned a long term customer!

Came in didn’t have a bag and the employee was amazing. I didn’t have a bag and he was the kindest and gave it to me. Great customer service. Will come back to this location for sure!!

I have a bridal jewelry business & sometimes I have orders that a bride needs for her wedding...the next day. The staff at this UPS Store location are very friendly, knowledgeable & help me get the right shipping option for my needs! I have been going to them for years & they've never let me down! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This is the best UPS store. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I’m always in and out very quickly with my Amazon returns, and they always help out with my packaging needs. Glad to live right down the street from this place.

Went in with some pretty heavy packages and instantly Jason came to help me carry them in the door. He was super helpful and directed me to Roy who helped me choose the best shipping method for my very heavy packages. Truly refreshing to see people who do their job with a friendly smile nowadays. Grateful…I will be back! Highly recommend! :)

I had a GREAT experience at this UPS store. The store manager Joe gave exceptional service, getting my package turned around in a matter of minutes with the truck leaving and doing this for me over the phone with a friend who offered to run my package over. He was truly amazing and bent over backwards for me at a time when I was desperate to get something sent out immediately. I highly recommend this UPS store!

The new ownership at this store is amazing! I recently had a shipping issue from the previous owners and the corporate office was not helping me at all. But the new owner Joe and the store manager Carol, were so nice and did what they could to make it up to me by giving me free shipping on another item I had to ship out today. They did not have to do that at all because it was really the corporate office that was not helpful, but they were so sweet to take it upon themselves to make it up to me. The corporate office should be really thanking them because Joe & Carol saved a repeat customer. Thank you so much!! Friendly atmosphere and always helpful...go to them!!

Awesome customer service. I briefly moved my UPS mailbox to a location that was more convenient and am now moving it BACK to this store even though it is 20 minutes further. I have had a mailbox here for years and they have never lost a single package or letter, are always friendly and helpful and every package I have ever mailed has gone out without a hitch. A+ to this store! - Other UPS stores could learn a thing or two from this store!

I very rarely write a review when people actually are doing their jobs,usually only if something bad happens. This UPS store ran like a well oiled machine, a man who I assumed was owner/manager and a very nice woman behind counter were awesome. Packed/shipped my delicate vintage guitar, explained process/insurance and l was on my way. Job well done guys.

I was impressed by the outstanding service I received from the store manager, Joe, and staff. They made the process of shipping 2 chairs to the East coast seamless. I couldn’t be more pleased with the attention I received!
