Love coming here to get some work done. The baristas are very nice! I appreciate that they don’t play loud music sometimes. Overall quieter than other Starbucks.

Just went to this location and it’s super popular! When something’s popular it’s going to be busy and take a little longer to get your drink. As I was waiting in line, two ladies started spinning out and yelling at the employees for things that weren’t their fault. The employees handled the situation amazingly and even gave the women throwing temper tantrums a refund. Alexis, one of the baristas making drinks, did an amazing job and moved as fast as she could. The same goes for everyone else working their :)

I normally don’t go out during my break time at work. And the Starbucks this location is closed at 6 so I don’t have chances to go after work. But I’ve been depressed from some episodes for several days so I decided to get my favorite mocha from Starbucks yesterday during my break. Omg the barista who took order through microphone was very nice! I smiled at his words unexpectedly. And moreover, he waved with his hand at me from behind another barista who passed me my order! I was very impressed with it. As a service provider, I try to care about my clients all the time especially this difficult time but his hospitality spirit is outstanding. I understand they are working under short staff. But they’re trying to offer the best customer services as much as they can for their customers being in line of drive-through. Definitely I will go back! Oh one more thing, they accept orders from app.

Came on a Saturday. Clean dining room, clean bathrooms. Order was made correctly and in a reasonable time. All expectations met.

Drink was made to order, cappuccino extra extra dry! So that also deserves a high five, experienced coffee maker, thank you! Unsure of name of this employee tho yay!

ONE STAR for the bathroom, it was disgusting in both restrooms, everything was dirty. I did inform an employee on my way out & they did not even respond...you guys are a coffee shop I understand you are busy tho there was a lot of employees just looking like they were chilling, taking it easy, cleaning behind the counter...go clean the bathrooms.

Nice, clean location! I suggest ordering online to save on wait time. Every time I have done this, I get a fresh sandwich along with my drink and don’t have to wait.

Each time I've stopped here every employees energy is kinetic! It's contagious and a great way to start the morning. They went as far as to have a conversation and ask what I had planed for the weekend when waiting - while in the drive through. Customer service level 100

Very nice, well staffed Starbucks with nitro cold brew on tap. Drive through is very smooth, and usually not too crowded inside as most folks go for the drive through. One of the newest, most up to date Starbucks in town!

The staff members were SO sweet and kind❤ They were extremely busy; however, they were patient, knowledgeable and WOW...the young lady making the beverages KNOWS her STUFF!! Fast and ACCURATE 💯

Claire is such a sweet girl!! Today at the window she made sure I got the right drink and while I was waiting for another she asked how my day was and started a convo with me to keep me occupied. Such a sweet girl definitely give her a raise!!

Loved Starbucks for about 20 years now! I must admit that I have decreased my patronagee significantly and am considering going to other places because they sent me a credit card that was already "pre-approved" but then declined me when I called to apply. Points on my credit for nothing. They have already lost more money than they approved me for.

This was a very busy location and couldn’t order ahead of time on the app. But once I did get my food and coffee, they were hot and fresh

We go in, always, and have had a good experience each time. A nice local place. Drive through often seems crowded, but there’s plenty of parking and nice seating area!

I use the app to order my coffee. Its always ready when I get there. Staff is friendly and my order is correct and coffee is nice and hot. Facility is new and very clean.

Everyone at this Starbucks is really nice. The service was great! The line is usually long but it moves quickly.
