Rite Aid

I almost always shop Rite Aid for hard to find unusual pain and health items. They have the best selection for arm, hand, knee, etc. braces and similar items.

My experience at this store is always amazing from the time I come in. Upon entering a lady and a gentleman quickly greeted me, asking me how I was the guy was displaying flowers. I didn’t walk to the back of the store to speak with the pharmacist asking about some over-the-counter pain medicine she which was Rita absolutely helpful and very nice. After asking her which would be best for what I was dealing with she made a decision and I purchased it. Mariah was very helpful as always directing me down the aisle with the pain meds were prior to speaking to the pharmacist. What is amazing about the store to me is at some point I expect to walk in and not be greeted by friendly people however, that has not been my experience. The only bad thing that I could say about the store is that it doesn’t have a drive-through other than that it is a super friendly store and I love it!!

I went to rite aid pharmacy because I needed my Tdab shot. My sister is having a baby and she’s making us all update our vaccines. I was dreading it because if you know anything about me, you’d know that I HATE getting shots and panic at the sight of needles. Rita, the pharmacist, was the most kind and friendly person. I told her my fear of needles. She talked me through the shot and I didn’t even FEEL the needle!! It was painless, easy, and quick!! Thank you Rita!!!

Pharmacist is amazing! She is so helpful and understanding! I came to the pharmacy at 5:40pm, 20 mins before she closes. My dad got discharged 30 mins before we came. He needed the medications tonight. She was so helpful and filled the meds i appreciate her so much!

Visited the Rite Aid on 12 Mile & Farm for the 1st time. I was greeted promptly and offered assistance with patio furniture. Cashier appeared to be the only staff in store, but he was patient with price checks and even assisted with carrying bulky items to my car. This was appreciated and refreshing in a new norm of poor customer service. Thank you!

I received my vaccination from Rita the pharmacist. She was conversational, friendly, and personable. She was also very gentle and quick with the vaccination. This is my first time receiving my vaccination at rite aid and moving forward, I will only go to Rita for my vaccinations.

The pharmacists here are very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient. They are very thorough and detail-oriented, and have really looked out for my husband. I'm very grateful to them.

I sure hope this rite aid values and compensates their pharmacist Wes appropriately, as he is the gem that keeps me going there. He certainly does the customer service gig better than most, and I'm sure his above and beyond ethic applies behind the counter as well. I always knew I liked him, but a few months ago, i was getting a diff tall guy for like 2-3 months, and the new guy was, simply put, Rude and inconsiderate. And had me seriously debating on changing my pharmacy. Thank goodness it must have been temporary and Wes is back. And I haven't seen the other guy since.Which inspired me to write this review. It's so nice to be treated with kindness and respect, and DEFINITELY makes a HUGE difference. On my end and I'm sure the business aspect of it too. Wes is awesome!

Clean store

All employees are nice and helpful, besides one pharmacist who is a jerk. I drive to the next closest rite aid to prescriptions even though this store is less than 1/2 mile to my house.
