Tim Hortons

We go there to work. The seating is comfortable. Plenty of wall plugs and we get to drink great coffee.

The Indian kid with glasses is the best employee I’ve ever had an encounter with. He made my Tim Hortons experience fantastic and he provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever received. Props to him.

I go into the store about once a week. I have been served by many different employees with efficient, warm and professional service. I love the coffee and egg sandwiches. I highly recommend this Farmington Hills establishment!

They were doing drive-through only, but the manager noticed we had walked there with a stroller. She came outside to tell us she would let us in to order. That was very nice to notice that and come outside invite us back. This location also typically has a long drive-through line, but it moves quickly.

I use the app to order coffee. Not only do I get reward points, but it's super convenient to just drive up to the drive thru and pick up. Staff is always friendly, fast, efficient. Even if the drive thru line looks long, they hammer thru the cars. Tip: You can go inside to pick up your online order.

It's always a good experience when going to Tim Hortons. I tried an all day sandwich this time. It was fresh and still very much warm when I it home. The customer service was great. I even met another customer while waiting in line. Keep up the good work.

Tim Hortons Coffee shops have been a part of our lives for at least 30 years! We've loved their coffee & doughnuts when we first started going when we were in Ontario Canada 🍁 This Farmington Hills, MI store was fantastic! Always FRESH & Always DELICIOUS 😋

Love Tim Hortons!!! Coffee tastes like coffee! No Fu-Fu fluff added! Real coffee, real prices, real friendly! If I'm not at home to make my own, I can stop at the cafe`, with peace of mind it will taste exactly the same every time. I just wish you would sell the home brew in the stores again...😔

This Tim Hortins location is my favorite. Mike and his wife go out of their way to make this location friendly and fun to visit. They know to extra stir my coffee. You feel welcomed, coffee is always hot

This place in the afternoon is lovely and good. Works always smiling and loving to help you out. On the other side, the works in the morning are very unprofessional and do not know how to handle customer service very well. This is the reason why I stopped coming in the morning. But as I said, the afternoon shift is the only reason why I still visit that place.

This right here is Customer Service... We forgot our jelly, the manager and a staff member brought it out to the car. Our Sis/Daughter is having Surgery this morning and this smooth transaction makes the mprnong great. Congratulations!!💯

We love this Canadian coffee spot...They doesn't have the bitter side of coffee. May be that is a personal choice as I walk away from bitter coffees. French vanilla is my favourite from Tim Hortons.

Every time I go to the drive through in the morning (during rush hour) I never have a long wait. The drive through is backed up however the line moves very quickly. I recommend this particular location versus the other ones nearby.

Tim Hortons has the best coffee I have ever had. Their coffee is always hot, fresh and delicious.

They have gotten better. There is a female manager that I have been seeing lately. She is absolutely wonderful and she has made a huge difference. Keep up the good work.

Been a fan of Tim Hortons coffee and their assorted pastries for over a decade and stop by often. Including buying their pre-packaged coffee grounds for at home. LOVE this place!
