The customer service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Whether it's helping me locate an item or providing information on promotions, their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive shopping experience.

I go to Heartland weekly. I love their meat selections here and their value. I also enjoy their friendly staff. They really give it a family feel, which is probably the biggest appeal for me.

Do they have the lowest prices? Not with everything. But, they are quite competitive and I prefer their beef and chicken selections over most.

Even if some of their prices might be a little higher, their customer service is impeccable. That's why I continue to come here.

Huge selection of items. Went around 730 on a Tuesday night and they felt like they were just about to close even though their hours claimed until 10pm that night.

This grocery store is a gem!!! Always clean, stocked, great products and produce, for great value. We love going here!!!

This was the first time go to this marketplace. The people were all friendly and helpful. Wide variety of products. I recommend this place.

I start working with them since February 2022 till July 2023. They are wonderful people helpful, peaceful very clean store. I love them when I left my store I’m crying I hope somebody need good opportunity to work with Heartland Store. thank you for all you did for me.

A treat for sore eyes. Best for people who want to shop in peace. Neatly arranged items and a very colorful place. First place that comes to my mind, when I want to shop now!

The cleanest store I have ever seen. The shelves are straightened and leveled at all hours of the day. The management obviously has a good plan to keep this place organized and clean. Grocery dept is always fully stocked and organized. Produce always looks good and the deli selection is excellent. Floors are always waxed and cleaned. Great frozen selection as well. Very impressed with how they consistently make the store look good.

Very nice place. The prepared foods are very good.the produce section is small but everything is high quality. The baked goods are very tempting, especially those made in house.very clean and well stocked.always enough staff,no waiting.always clean and neat. Best 🐔 best service

I had not been in this store for a while. WOW !! Kudos to the owner and employees. Every can on every shelf was lined up straight ahead like little soldiers--it really is eye-catching. The produce was extremely orderly, as were the wine selections....looked like they were grouped in a most thoughtful way. I asked the man in the white shirt if it had changed ownership. He said no. Whatever came over them to make such a wonderful 'sight to the eye, ease and deference to to the shopper' look is amazing to see. If you haven't been there in a while, try it, you will like it. What a change.

I cannot believe that the Deli department rolled out the red carpet for me and went out of their way when it was time for them to close their Hot deli counter... They actually took extra time to fill my order When I called in! When I came to pick up my order the ladies were so polite and helpful.
That's amazing I'm seriously not use to any worker going out of their way any more these days!

Plus the young man, cashier was extremely polite and I felt jealous that Heartland, Farmington Hills
market wasn't closer to South lion Michigan!

The selection of food was amazing plus the whip cream donuts TDF. lol

Heartland Market is a treasure of a grocery store. I was just there yesterday and it occurred to me that they must take great pride in the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything is precisely straightened on the shelves that I took notice of that quality throughout the entire store. They have a great selection and I enjoyed the wrap sandwiches at the deli for lunch.

Nice market. They have boars ham brand there in the deli and that’s my favorite!

Great smaller grocery store! Just always check expiration dates, but really that's any grocery store!

The Male worker at heartland Deli with the pink hat really thinks of his customers and we appreciate that.

I have had Karen a few times 1 particular comes to mind : a man returned rudely to say something he purchased was on the receipt and not in the bags, Karen handle the customer with care and said what bag it would be in. While she was checking me out, the man didn’t return.
After making such a stink not even to say THANK YOU.
Karen remain courteous and kind.

Great store and very clean. The prices are a little expensive but you get great customer service for it. Also there are tons of options for seafood, meats, and snacks! They carry more organic options than many other grocery stores too.

Logan is the best Aisle 4 check out. All star!
