Deja’s customer service was amazing! She made my boyfriend and I feel like family! We will pick this location going forward and hope to run into her again! Thank you so much for your thoroughness and thoughtfulness.

Ace is wonderful!!! Ace made us feel like family. They went out of their way to make sure we were able to use the rewards on my loyalty card and made friendly conversation. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. Ace is the best!

This location of Panera bread is the best in the area of my neighborhood.
The place is always clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The best items on the menu is the Mediterranean veggies sandwiches, tuna salad sandwich and tomato soup 😋
All the pastries and the bakery are always tasty and Fresh.
They have all the varieties of bagels and all are tasty.
They have a rewards program that gives you a free treat on your Birthday and special rewards after a few visits, like offers on some items and free pastries.

I've never eaten at a Panera Bread even though I've heard tons of good. I chose to finally try it and not only don't they give you a big portion of food, it's fantastic with great presentation. I loved the cheesy Broccoli soup and I'm picky on that. The bacon turkey sandwich was very tasty even though I could only eat a couple bites after my soup. I look forward to eating it for lunch tomorrow. The blood orange lemonade is very refreshing also. The only heads up if you've never eaten here is that if you want to take your leftovers home, you need to pack it yourself. Also you need to get rid of your own plates.

I like the option of using a person and the in store computer. I know it should keep lines shorter during peak times. Self service beverage station is nice. There were no large cup tops so the customer before me went n a cabinet underneath the machine and found them and we restocked the compartment for them. A lot of people sitting and eating for a sad buddy afternoon, I liked that?

Great quality and great food. We usually order for pick-up. Haven't had 1 problem with an incorrect order yet - they follow directions very well. Also, appreciate that the sandwiches and salads are not skimpy. Veggies are always fresh. Also, appreciate that utensils and napkins are always added to the order - even when I forget to mention it. FYI: the dining room is always clean & maintained. Obviously management and employees care about the service they're providing. Definitely would recommend this Panera to everyone! Enjoy!

I went there last week for lunch and really enjoyed the chipotle chicken sandwich, they got my order right and it was ready in a decent amount of time….I’ve always appreciated Panera for its healthier side to fast food and great service!

You can never go wrong with this place! Their food can be pricey, but I enjoy every meal, whether they be their variety of creamy soups or savory sandwiches! I never had a problem with their service; their workers are very sweet whenever I visit. They also have many options of ordering, which I think can be very time efficient. Their atmosphere is serene and I often go their to study or eat with family and friends. I just can't get enough of this place!

I have a severe dairy allergy. There is an employee here who is very knowledgeable about food allergies, and she told me about her brother with severe food allergies and the precautions she has to take with him. She takes the time to greet me at the window every day on my lunch break, and encourages me that she won’t let my coffee get cross contaminated. Some other employees don’t seem to be as knowledgeable of food allergens and have told me there is a risk of contamination, even though the vanilla almond cold brew is prepared separately. I wish I knew this employee’s name, but I don’t remember. She always has a smile on her face and I feel comfortable that I won’t have an allergic reaction. She would be great at training on food safety and allergens. She always has such a positive attitude, and it’s great that she prioritizes food safety to keep me out of the hospital. She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise!

This was my first experience at this location today. My food was done on time, and done with all the special changes I asked for. Very delicious and fresh, even with how busy the store was. Overall I had a fantastic experience here! Definitely worth the extra drive time. I'll definitely be returning for more.

We stopped at the Panera Bread on Orchard Lake, North of 14 Mile Road. I ordered the Strawberry Salad with Chicken. The salad was large and I couldn't finish the whole thing but it was refreshing and enjoyable. I would have appreciated a little more chicken. Hint, hint to Panera. We were in the midst of good conversation and I didn't realize that I didn't have the Poppy Seed dressing but the salad stood well by itself.

Amazing food! The sandwiches are fresh and perfect! I like the avocado turkey sandwich with extra cucumber. The coffee was hot and ready. My favorite coffee is the hazelnut. They have different cream and sugar options right by the coffee you can choose from as well.

Worked here for like 4ish months, pretty great anime arc with the characters. It is a must watch for people who love great anime that can last up to a lifetime. Maybe would, maybe won't go back to this series but it was pretty good for the season that I watched.

The new chicken sandwiches just came out. I had the spicy one and absolutely loved it. Decent amount of spice. I got it without the garlic aolii. It has crunchy fried Pickles chips on it, Buffalo sauce and comes on a brioche bun. It seems coated with something, but not breaded. Either way, it was sooo yummy!! Very good quality, no fat on it. I can't wait to order it again.

I don't know, but I really like Panera Bread, maybe because it was my first breakfast in USA in Rochester Hills branch, or may be because the bakery 🥯 is always fresh, but I have to admit it, I am addicted to panera 🍞🥖.

I drive a bit of a way to get here. I LOVE the , food and the environment. I come here alot to study and eat good food while I do ! Good food , friendly staff , clean .

Coffee good. Place is clean. Short Grey haired lady was extremely polite to her rude customers. I waited in line and watched these loser customers talk to her as if she owed them money. I wish we could complain about the customers and not only the establishment.
