AT&T Store

Came in close to closing time ona Saturday evening skeptical of staying with ATT at all due to consistent connection issues but wanting to see what my upgrade options were. The helpfulness and overall interaction with the entire staff was a bright spot in the day and very much helped to restore my faith in your company. You guys make the difference. THANK YOU!!

Excellent customer service!!! I had a complicated situation related to porting a number. Patrick went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. This wasn't a sales transaction but he still gave me the support I needed AND helped me understand some of AT&Ts other offerings that could suit my current/future needs. Highly recommend him/this store !

Raymond was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He was very pleasant and made upgrading and activating my new phone easy. He explained everything I needed to know about my phone and adding a new line. He also explained some cost saving things for me to do with my internet service.

The assistant manager Lyniah is such a pleasure to work with at this location. She made my email issue seem so easy and even showed me how to in the future fix it myself. I will be sending more people to this location from my own business!

Our family was very satisfied with the excellent service of Madison. She met us at the door with a great smile. She has become our new work daughter. ATT, you have a wonderful and hard working employee.

Wow! These guys are great. Best service I've ever had at a cell phone store. They went through my account, qualified me for fiber and TV, and showed me some of the cool new accessories they have on promotion. Definitely will be going back.

Great and helpful! Was able to show and explain my question (regarding international plans for an upcoming trip) and made me feel comfortable instead of frustrated like I typically find myself dealing with carriers

Dominic the Store Manager is excellent! I had a billing problem stemming back from one year ago that was never properly fixed in the billing system and this was preventing me from completing a phone upgrade. I knew this was going to be a big deal to get corrected. Once Dominic understood the issue he knew who call at AT&T home office. He too was amazing to work with. After an hour of working on the phone with the right specialist they were able to override the computer error.
Dominic was kind, patient and fantastic to work with. He made this process easy when it easily could’ve been a nightmare!
This store has always been my go to and will continue to be. Thank you, Dominic!

Omg!!! Patrick was the absolute best, patient, informative & I’d need a thesaurus to explain more! I’ll never go into another location ever! He explained every single thing in detail I needed to know, was very clear & helped me save some money. He never for one second rushed me, he made sure I understood everything & answered all of my questions. Patrick is a rockstar and then some because service like this is very hard to find.

I'm not really tech savvy and Megan was very helpful. She made me aware of their discount program and fiber internet. Very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Megan!

Madison assisted me in purchasing the newest iPhone 15 . She was very knowledgeable with the product as well as the manager Lanyha with the promotion with receiving the 9th generation IPad. They both had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. The entire team is friendly and very patient each time I visit the store. Madison, was very helpful and kind!

Megan was so wonderfully helpful! She got me the latest iPhone, a new (4th) phone line—all for $55 LESS a month! AMAZING! I love my new phone & HIGHLY recommend this Verizon store & Megan specifically. Great service!!!

Damonte was hands down the best customer service rep in the cell phone arena that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was dealing with a difficult port from a business to personal line and Damonte was patient, thorough and effective. Our family ended up switching over our internet and cable to AT&T in a bundle deal as well that saved us a bunch as well as we left Spectrum. Thank you, Damonte!
