Ralph was helpful and very knowledgeable. I was addressed as soon as I entered the store. My order was ready for pickup and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Ralph really made the process easy.

I was recently helped by Namon this past week which prompted me to write this review. Namon took good care of me getting me set up with my new phone. Not only are the vibes immaculate when he is running the store, but he really knows how to manage multiple customers at the same time efficiently. I had been waiting awhile and people kept coming through the door. He quickly addressed people’s concerns and found solutions to their problems and in turn ended up saving everyone in the store time. Could not recommend enough, customer service 10/10.

Great job by Malik. Only downside was that he was the only person working. He needs help. But he handled people the best he could with patience

Mahim was great, I stopped in for a new phone and he helped me get setup within an hour. He was very helpful answering my questions and explaining my options and what to expect. I remember how long of a process it used to be to get a new phone and transfer everything but this was super simple and fast.

Am getting new phone at. Verizon today. Location 12 and Orchard Lake Farmington Hills The manager. Rico is taking care of me. I am very grateful as he is patient smart and beyond helpful to me. I admit I was nervous transferring but Rico is so good he has made this change easier and has taken away any pressure or confusion I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting a new phone. 👍👍👍
